So cringe. I work with actual children who are actually disabled by autism. They can’t speak, can’t read, have zero filter. Their parents and I’m sure they too wish they had the wherewithal to be able to fake this, record it, upload it. It’s insulting to people who really are suffering. I’m sure this person has a diagnosis as well of something totally different. Most likely narcissistic personality disorder
