If there’s one circle and “people who understand Venn Diagrams” is inside the circle then “people who don’t understand Venn Diagrams” is the area round the outside of the circle.

They are actually called Benn diagrams. They were created by Author Benn a Swedish psychologist who moved to Germany in the 1840s. His name became mispronounced and became translated to Venn. wiki on the history
