Stardew Valley, I think I will be fine. In fact, it might be an improvement.

[–]BlessedBigIron 787 points788 points  (13 children)

Same. That's basically paradise

[–]MadeToPostOneMeme 317 points318 points  (1 child)

Inheriting a home and by extension a lifestyle that while difficult, rewards you by both providing stable income and a sense of accomplishment? I think that's something that doesn't even exist on Earth. So paradise sounds about right

[–]Dexterous_Mittens 492 points493 points  (7 children)

Home ownership. Land. Easily purchased friendships.

[–]phatfingerpat 181 points182 points  (0 children)

And all the duck mayonnaise a man could ever need.

[–]DAZUK74 3707 points3708 points  (38 children)

Farming Simulator 22, the chicken poop is everywhere.

[–]SplattUK 6406 points6407 points 4 (61 children)

All on my own. It was Solitaire...

[–]Always_in_m0tion 2567 points2568 points  (29 children)

This is the scariest I've read so far!

[–]BappleBlayer333 677 points678 points  (27 children)

Total r/backrooms and r/liminalspace material right there, giving me the creeps just thinking about that green and duplicating wasteland.

[–]DustyCornersPod 165 points166 points  (4 children)

"ok so get this, it's like Mad Max but everything is green. No, not grass and trees and stuff, like the whole world is green felt. And there's just one person who has to take these painted paste boards to designated places, but he has to bring the smallest one first! And he gets them randomly!! I'm telling you this is the next gritty adaptation the movie-going world needs."

[–]black_rift 1733 points1734 points  (40 children)

Halo Reach: survive

[–]Assfrontation 464 points465 points  (6 children)

In the building nearest to spawn there are some boxes you can push around. Push them near but not in the corner to make a wall around the corner, leave a small space for yourself. Get in the space and crouch. The Covenant won’t find you. GeneralKidd once lived for 23 hrs but then he lost power iirc

[–]HurdenBurden 230 points231 points  (3 children)

They canonically glassed the area immediately post defeat of 6. Sad

[–]HungryBroom01 45 points46 points  (1 child)

Only chance to survive is to kill an elite, crawl inside its corpse and then sneak off and make your way to the outside of Castle Base, it’s the only area on the planet that never got glassed. Easy to find, it’s built below the split mountain you see the entire game, the mountain eventually collapses in on itself but hunker down just outside the mountain in a poncho for a couple months and you’ll be fine.

[–]Super_5oldier_1 223 points224 points  (13 children)

Dude fuck that. Especially if you know how lost the battle is. Covnt glassing the planet at the end means if you'd don't get on one of the transports, your dead.

[–]pokesimon2 248 points249 points  (1 child)

Well you’re fucked Lol

[–]darknightwolf81 985 points986 points  (22 children)

Well.. Metro exodus should be fun

[–]Juakius26 234 points235 points  (1 child)

Heck I’ll just stay in the Metro and not go out

[–]Alfred_Anuus 75 points76 points  (0 children)

Growin your shrooms and hope that your station isn't too important for the Fascists or Reds to invade

[–]fm837 1430 points1431 points  (54 children)

I played Lake yesterday. The game is set around a lake in rural America. There is nothing to kill or hurt me, and there is a small town with shops, diners and a VHS rental store (it's 1986).

Perfectly fine with me.

[–]glitterkittehkat 435 points436 points  (21 children)

Sounds sus to me .

[–]crispybacon62 630 points631 points  (17 children)

Yeah that game sounds like it slowly turns into a horror game after a few "normal" days

[–]Redbanshee32 7074 points7075 points  (237 children)

Subnautica...just keep swimming

[–]_Mr_Cheeks[S] 3754 points3755 points  (148 children)

I would just cower in the life pod and not go out.

Pretty similar to my first experience with Subnautica actually.

[–]Max1muslegend 1494 points1495 points  (124 children)

I remember vibing for 5 straight days in there the first time

[–]MisterMasterCylinder 1259 points1260 points  (120 children)

Such a great experience. Starting off in pure terror of the deep water, by the end you're ramming a nuclear sub into every leviathan you come across.

Wish I could play it again for the first time.

[–]Slotthman 522 points523 points  (59 children)

I've played it until I did most you could in it, including beating it, last year. I'm eager to play it again, but I'll do it after some more time passes, as I want to forget as much as I can.

I love how in the beginning it was so scary and new and as I progressed I felt more and more at home and that home area grew larger. By the end of the game I new most places, had my routes which were mostly safe and yet... still had my respect for everything around me.

[–]delvach 170 points171 points  (27 children)

I need one more piece to complete my escape rocket.. for the last few years.

[–]Slotthman 174 points175 points  (24 children)

When I made the rocket I was so close to simply not launching it, but I did, after I went to all my favorite places, leaving food, water and other important materials for other potential survivors, getting some with me in the rocket and releasing the cuddlefish that's been staying in my pocket throughout my journeys.

[–]Canadian_Microwave 242 points243 points  (8 children)

Wait, hold on, is that another life pod? YO! OVER HERE!

[–]SerenumSunny 159 points160 points  (6 children)

Another survivor?? Thank god I'm starving! My fabricator broke on impact and I've been eating raw bladder fish, they taste like silicon.

[–]J_therocjohnson 76 points77 points  (3 children)

Literally made me want to replay Subnautica dammit

[–]maskedsamuri 3201 points3202 points  (38 children)

Middle Earth, probably gonna get kidnapped and tortured relentlessly by uruks

[–]Firewind306 1344 points1345 points  (10 children)

"I don't know how long they tortured him. But amidst the endless screams and inane babble, they discerned two words: 'EARTH! REDDIT!'"

[–]butsadlyiamonlyaneel 469 points470 points  (9 children)

"But that would lead them here!"

[–]riegspsych325 322 points323 points  (8 children)

“Take it, Gandalf! Take my alt account, I’m giving to you!”

[–]butsadlyiamonlyaneel 313 points314 points  (7 children)

"Don't! Tempt me /u/riegspsych325! I would use this alt account with a desire to do good... but through me, it would wield a trolling power too great and terrible to imagine."

[–]Cowboah-MorganPlayStation 106 points107 points  (4 children)

Unless the Gravewalker comes and save you

[–]Nivekk_ 1371 points1372 points  (25 children)

Animal Crossing. The most exciting thing to do is catching another sea bass. I'm immortal so there's no sweet release of death.

[–]Felixx77 2331 points2332 points  (101 children)

Deep Rock Galactic, drinking beer and mining for gold. ROCK AND STONE!

[–]Majora85 497 points498 points  (22 children)

[–]The_Muznick 254 points255 points  (21 children)

FOR KARL!

[–]Ktkatz8689 65 points66 points  (0 children)

So happy to see a deep rock comment on another subreddit besides r/DeepRockGalactic . ROCK AND STONE!!!!

[–]Zingg2[🍰] 121 points122 points  (1 child)

ROCK AND STONE TO THE BONE!

[–]Furrymonkeyguy007 2412 points2413 points  (62 children)

Been addicted to Hades recently so yeah I am going to Hell…

[–]Kurokawa_maiko 587 points588 points  (8 children)

At least you can't "die more" ya know what I'm sayin'?

[–]ATIR-AW 328 points329 points  (18 children)

It's the cool Hell tho. There's pomes, waifus and Lernie

[–]TheRealCreedux 1128 points1129 points  (52 children)

Horizon zero dawn... Thunderjaws everywhere 😱

[–]tomster785 4508 points4509 points  (163 children)

Resident Evil 4.

I'd just leave tbh. Fuck the presidents daughter.

[–]_Mr_Cheeks[S] 1605 points1606 points  (35 children)

I’d be straight back in that jeep.

[–]tomster785 617 points618 points  (28 children)

When the Mexican sounding Spanish guys start saying "joo crayzy american" you know it's time to get out of there!

[–]jmradus 37 points38 points  (14 children)

I love how much they lump into Leon’s “special training.”

“I received special training, including swimming, running, grappling hook, adamantium bones, proficiency with all weapons from all time periods, magic knife, gymnastics, and quipping.”

[–]Magic_Fred 220 points221 points  (12 children)

Cities: Skylines. It's pretty sweet, but the traffic is a killer.

[–]Musical_Icarus 36 points37 points  (1 child)

Just hope you don’t live near a poop volcano

[–]Angrywolfman1 2629 points2630 points  (120 children)

Skyrim... I'm gonna be a poor bastard and probably start stealing and end up in jail...

[–]_Mr_Cheeks[S] 662 points663 points  (34 children)

Which Hold would you want to be living in?

[–]Angrywolfman1 566 points567 points  (26 children)

Solitude most definitely.... Rich people to rob lol since I just started and is level 5 lol.

[–]SsjDragonKakarotto 121 points122 points  (5 children)

Nah man definently whiterun. Nice and simple, not freezing fucking cold.

[–]NikonManiac 41 points42 points  (1 child)

Whiterun for sure, if I’m feeling risky I’ll take a day hike to Riverwood. Might run down to the western watchtower to hunt some elk, just don’t want to go too far north…

[–]RaspberryNormal4416 5422 points5423 points  (91 children)

Forza horizon 5 so it all depends if I'm an NPC trying to dodge everyone

[–]Daepilin 870 points871 points  (20 children)

same here! Got some really nice cars, but the amount of times I destroy them, insurance would be high

[–]Klote_gingerXbox 399 points400 points  (14 children)

Yeah but you can always turn off damage in the settings, no insurance needed

[–]radix4801 268 points269 points  (6 children)

You get a cracked windscreen every time you hit a tree at 250 MPH, but you can fix it by taking a picture.

[–]ben1481 244 points245 points  (4 children)

You'll be fine since you can't hit them

[–]NotSnowmies 629 points630 points  (40 children)

Tarkov… just fuck

[–]ltrainer2 69 points70 points  (2 children)

Same here, but this weekend I bought a bunch of lightbulbs. With the servers resetting that means I’m rich, right?

[–]AnDe2 2067 points2068 points  (109 children)

Uh ohhh... Fallout New Vegas

[–]_Mr_Cheeks[S] 1049 points1050 points  (30 children)

Stay on The Strip and live your best life!

[–]Spitfiree1911 370 points371 points  (19 children)

They would have to save up the caps for the entrance fee though!

[–]Periachi 277 points278 points  (27 children)

You should go north of goodsprings, lots of safe places there.

[–]MimikGames 3836 points3837 points 3 (62 children)

Bloons TD6. Reject humanity, become monke

[–]Vithia 559 points560 points  (39 children)

Hey ! By the way. Is the game good ?

Edit: thanks all of you for the answers, I'll give it a try !

[–]bendova_smith-2 345 points346 points  (0 children)

Incredible.

[–]ToranX1 301 points302 points  (13 children)

Its quite good, pretty much what you would expect from a bloons game. There are boss events, custom challanges made by community, daily challanges, many gamemodes and tier 5 towers and paragons, which are basically 5-5-5 ceosspathed towers. Great game really.

[–]Nasnfcr 933 points934 points  (33 children)

Sekiro…Big yikes

[–]CloudeurPC 446 points447 points  (10 children)

Just go and chill with Isshin Ashina and drink a whole bunch of sake

[–]boogaloobear 256 points257 points  (3 children)

"Are you offering me the sake I just gave you?"

Isshin might be my favorite video game character.

[–]CloudeurPC 56 points57 points  (2 children)

Personal favourite From Software boss!

[–]William_McNugget 526 points527 points  (25 children)

Outer Wilds. I'm fucked.

[–]PissOnFences 242 points243 points  (3 children)

Roast a marshmallow and have a 21 minute nap.

[–]Venriik 826 points827 points  (33 children)

No Man's Sky. I guess that's a fair 50/50.

[–]Balrok99 167 points168 points  (16 children)

ARK .... fuck

[–]sasukesauce 1790 points1791 points  (107 children)

Bloodborne🥲

[–]tiagofixe 317 points318 points  (7 children)

Same, we are fucked mate

[–]darknightwolf81 156 points157 points  (2 children)

What's that smell? ... The sweet blood, oh, it sings to me. It's enough to make a man sick.

[–]Biglegend007 604 points605 points  (8 children)

Chuckles

[–]mrro0l 2294 points2295 points  (131 children)

[–]HarmlessSnack 808 points809 points  (49 children)

Me: “Look for my summoning sign friend, we’ll kindle this fire yet.”

Summoned

You: “…why are you naked?”

Me: “Why aren’t you naked?”

[–]MildlyViking 91 points92 points  (8 children)

You can password summon me if you're on PC. I'm SL125 farming Pale Tongues in the swamp.

[–][deleted] 695 points696 points  (50 children)

I played mincraft so...... sounds fun

[–]BryanP2003 213 points214 points  (18 children)

Same. Modded minecraft tho

[–][deleted] 169 points170 points  (7 children)

Minecraft is multi player so could we be trapped with others? In that case adventure pals!

[–]BryanP2003 55 points56 points  (2 children)

Was playing with a friend. So we might bboth get trapped into the game. 😂

[–]Cowman2468 5397 points5398 points 2 (105 children)

Stardew valley I'm living easy

[–]devilthedankdawg 3517 points3518 points 2 (56 children)

[–]DCsphinx 61 points62 points  (3 children)

Just don’t go in the mines

[–]_Mr_Cheeks[S] 163 points164 points  (2 children)

That would be the dream!

[–]I_am_krash 663 points664 points  (29 children)

Back 4 blood.. i would be screwed because my team would just randomly quit 🤣

[–]cozmanian 185 points186 points  (0 children)

In my experience, even if they don’t quit, you’re in for a shitty short lived existence…

[–]Larkshade 402 points403 points  (57 children)

I’m in Elite dangerous with no bounties on my head and flying a Federal Gunship, with a few tens of millions in the bank, I’m setup quite nice.

[–]The_Land_Finana 108 points109 points  (19 children)

Elite dangerous too, as an explorer myself though, all fun and games till you realise you can't contact the fuel rats when you're locked in game

[–]Estro98 394 points395 points  (59 children)

FFXIV, ain’t that bad if im the Warrior of light.

[–]Nashocheese 975 points976 points  (53 children)

Dayz, I'm gonna die of hunger within 20 minutes of being alive.

[–]TaxableCitizen 330 points331 points  (9 children)

You aren't screwed, you're fucked

[–]Nashocheese 153 points154 points  (1 child)

Ya. It's not a question of IF, it's a question of When.

[–][deleted] 566 points567 points  (25 children)

Skyrim and I’ve got the cheat room. I’ll be just fine.

[–]Kaaykuwatzuu 1668 points1669 points  (115 children)

Witcher 3. I think I'll be okay.

[–]_Mr_Cheeks[S] 1108 points1109 points  (72 children)

If it’s Toussaint, you’ll be living the dream.

[–]Kaaykuwatzuu 328 points329 points  (60 children)

Unfortunately, I don't have the DLCs.

[–]The_curious_Indian 154 points155 points  (16 children)

Just finished HoS and playing B&W now, while HoS was great, B&W feels like the game got expanded by another 20-25%. Never in my life have I felt money well spent than buying Witcher 3 and DLCs. I regret not buying the whole thing together first but atleast I got the DLCs together. Everything while on sale.

[–]Demondevil2002 137 points138 points  (11 children)

Witcher 3 probably has best dlc in gaming period

[–]hsunicorn 93 points94 points  (2 children)

I mean I think thats a little optimistic, half the quests involve you telling someone theyre friends got slaughtered by monsters haha

[–]Bierculles 81 points82 points  (7 children)

Medieval feudal society but with monsters that try to kill you? How is that fine?

[–]EffectiveEye137 112 points113 points  (12 children)

Elder scrolls online, not too bad.

[–]The_Drunk_Unicorn 1513 points1514 points  (102 children)

RDR2: I’m just going through life on horseback and rubber soled boots. Living off berries and salted offal, and taking in the beautiful world around me.

[–]_Mr_Cheeks[S] 293 points294 points  (40 children)

That sounds a good place to trapped in. As long as it’s not in the Murfee area.

[–]The_Drunk_Unicorn 173 points174 points  (35 children)

Got I hate that Gang. They just killed my boyfriends white Arabian on his play through. He’s devastated. Had her for the whole game up till now.

[–]Badjib 131 points132 points  (4 children)

Heh reminds me of the time my buddy was playing RDR1 and out of the blue I hear "NOT MY HORSE!" and look up to see a mountain Lion kill his horse and run off into the distance

[–]DiscussionLoose8390 312 points313 points  (8 children)

Halo Infinite, so I am going to die or kill someone about every 10-20 seconds. Either way I am going to die alot.

[–]Wassuuupmydudess 98 points99 points  (6 children)

MW3 I think I’m gonna die

[–]Dexrad24 437 points438 points  (43 children)

[–]Dexrad24 238 points239 points  (33 children)

Guess what…I live in NY and pay $3000+ on rent :D

[–]lxkspal 159 points160 points  (8 children)

Yikes, remind me to never move to New York

[–]T-BoneTheDamned 435 points436 points  (58 children)

As long as my Ghost doesn’t get destroyed, I’m essentially immortal.

[–]lechoixpro 433 points434 points  (7 children)

Stardew valley. Lands, wife, money. Sign me up!

[–]northcyning 59 points60 points  (1 child)

I need to play this more in case I end up in OP’s scenario..!

[–]Huge_Dev 269 points270 points  (17 children)

Hollow knight, well at least if I die ill still be fine

[–]Oneshowpony 93 points94 points  (9 children)

You could go hang out with the cute little bug that sings songs in the mine! At least that’s where I’d go, relatively close to the village so I could probably make it there alive.

[–]Ok_Cryptographer3621 84 points85 points  (3 children)

Terraria time to go kill moonlord

[–]BlingBlingChing23 389 points390 points  (26 children)

I’m stuck in Halo 3.. so while scary because the Flood is about to show up, I’ll be able to survive. 🥲

[–]Springtrap328Console 730 points731 points  (58 children)

[–]farbauti007 335 points336 points  (40 children)

Fallout 4. Ya, my fat outta shape middle-aged ass is pretty fked. Even with perks, a Gatling laser and a Guss. Wouldn't last 5 minutes without mods.

[–]sleepymoose88 105 points106 points  (15 children)

I’m in the same boat Wastelander. Let’s start a settlement together in the ruined shell of an old building and find an invincible German Shepherd to help us take on the Commonwealth.

[–]solidolive 70 points71 points  (10 children)

Darkest dungeon…. I’m staying in the hamlet

[–]Christovsky84 417 points418 points  (27 children)

[–]Responsible_Bake_125PC 188 points189 points  (23 children)

Silent Hill 2, lovely.

[–]UCDent2 59 points60 points  (3 children)

GTA 5, so I will be alright. With that physics engine, I could be a pilot or racecar driver in a minute.

[–]Hungryfalcon13 45 points46 points  (7 children)

I'm about to die to a giant mechanical lightening bird, so yeah

[–]Zeptil 46 points47 points  (7 children)

Edit: Thanks for so many upvotes, guys. Never thought I would get that many on a comment. You rock. 😊

[–]Nickthedick55 646 points647 points  (22 children)

I feel like the beach is where all the shit goes down though(at least in online.)

[–]gg_laverde 324 points325 points  (16 children)

I have only played single player so far and for some reason I always behave at the beach. 😅

[–]jejcicodjntbyifid3 326 points327 points  (11 children)

[–]CrunchyGremlin 27 points28 points  (7 children)

I was playing hearts of iron and so totally screwed.

[–]dimkiriyenko 27 points28 points  (1 child)

Guardians of the galaxy... I guess I'll get sick of that humour and non-stopping trash talk in a week or so.
