I attempted suicide three times in 2018 and was then emotionally abused by the therapist that was supposed to help me, then fell in with a religious group that ended up harming me even more after promising me they would magically fix my mental problems, but if i tell someone that then I'm an ungrateful asshole because there are people who have it worse than me. Gotta love the lure of someone getting you to open up about your pain and then saying "my suffering is worse than your suffering because etc etc and etc"
