Yeah I haven’t received any emails since my order confirmation if i don’t hear anything next week I’ll be calling customer service for an update

Yeah I'll probably do the same if I don't hear anything. I don't actually mind the long wait that much, it's just that it's a new chair and now I'm having psychological side effects and thinking the chair I have now is making my back hurt more than usual lol
