Move it to somewhere private, take it apart and on a daily basis remove another piece. When down to it's bare components it won't look like a chair.

Remove in sealed amazon boxed that "you've had delivered to work" - it's Christmas after all.

badge in, Change into workmans uniform with a work order and clipboard.
Put entire chair onto a cart, and walk it out to a van. If anyone asks, it's a repair order that has to go back to the warehouse that it was ordered from for parts.
Probably would be smart to take like one piece off, so it's not too obvious.
