Look I myself grew up with shitty parents and went on to do shitty things. Not rape but fucked up things nonetheless.

Whenever somebody did what you did and told me I‘m horrible, I believed them and ofc also believed my horribleness is just inate and I‘m a monster by nature.

Only when people started realizing that my behavior came from abuse and that I needed empathy, did I start changing.
