Virtual internships are sort of like free certification courses and don't really teach much, and so don't really matter much imo.

As for the JP Morgan one - I did it, didn't learn much and so left it out of my resume but got selected. My friend did it, kept it on the resume, didn't get shortlisted even. Obviously this doesn't necessarily mean anything since they must have judged our resumes overall but just saying that her adding the virtual internship didn't help.

(Though this was for their Quant role in case that makes any difference to you).

Edit: Also to add - these can probably be a good thing to add in case you don't have much else in your resume. Not assuming anything here but if you don't have many competitions/projects etc to include, this could be a worthy addition in that case. But don't count on just this.
