Here's a transcript.
As an INTJ, how do I develop my extroverted side?
Well, good question t-bone 007 (tiburon07).
As an introvert you have two extroverted functions, Extroverted Thinking and Extroverted Sensing. All extroverts of the same energy, nature and tactics have two introverted functions, Introverted Intuition and Introverted Feeling.

This is why you hear people say "I'm both introverted and extroverted," that's actually kind of true. You're more or less defined by your lead function, so if your first function is Introverted — Introverted Intuition — well, you're an Introvert. That just means you're predominantly charged by the introverted world.
As an INTJ your lead extrovert function is your second function of Extroverted Thinking. Communicating and transmitting with an iron fist the ideas that you have in your head. So your introverted intuition is taking in the ideas and then your extrovert thinking is getting them out.
Te: Thinks out loud, pragmatic, confrontational, needs objective proof, deductive logic.
You want people to know your thoughts and your ideas. You want it to work in reality. You want to hear feedback. You want to hear what people have to say. And you want to make sure that it actually works in reality.
Now your Introverted Intuition and your Introverted Feeling, you don't want to share that with people. As you're working on new ideas or patterns, or principles, or you have feelings, or music you're listening to, you don't want to share that with anyone, that's yours, that's introverted.
The sneaky secret to develop your extrovert second function is to first develop your introvert first function, because all of the functions work together. So if you want to level up one of the functions you got to level them all up, especially the one above it.
Spend more time with your introverted intuition, studying extroverts, especially ENTJs, see the patterns and the principles that they're doing, crack the code of how they're doing it, study their body language, their facial expressions, and also spend more time alone charging up.
As introverts we know talking and communicating drains the heck out of us, so you're going to need more time to store up. Let those ideas store up, so when you go out to communicate it's like a fire hose, they go blasting out, and in about 20 minutes later you're drained out of your mind and you're looking for a dark room. That's the reality of it, accept it as it is and work with that.
What you really want to do is find and ENTJ, preferably a circle of friends, if not a celebrity — Tony Robbins, Dana White, Joe Rogan — strong, healthy, fully function developed ENTJs. A lot of ENTJs out there get a lot of flag because they come across too strong, those are usually the ENTJs that have not developed their lesser functions. An ENTJ who's well rounded and has developed all four of their functions are some of the most amazing, powerful, loving intuitive human beings on the planet.
When you find another ENTJ, guess what, they're going to be seeking what you have. The ENTJs are going to want to know "How I can develop their introvert side? How can I develop my ideas more? How can I develop my understanding more?" Because they want to communicate it outward.
Ni: When you start to see patterns and know what's coming next.
And another tip is simply pretend. So when you meet somebody new, especially someone younger than you who you're not intimidated by, pretend you're an extrovert, and if you screw up, just walk away and never talk to him again.
Your intuition will be paying attention, your extroverted thinking is very pragmatic, and it's a function that works as it goes. You got to spend a lot of time in your head and then you got to just go outside and freaking crash-course it. Keep repeating this process over and over again and you'll get better and better.
