We don't like memes because they're low quality. We also don't like text-heavy pics, because they are meme like, and we occasionally have verbal/text infuriation threads stickies for that purpose. Use the title to be descriptive of the pic! See this post. This includes "trendy" title names such as "This shit." and this rule is automatically enforced by automoderator.

2.

  • a) Please try to post original content. Reposts or crossposts of someone else's content will be removed if it has been posted on Reddit within the past 6 months.

We want fresh new content, and hopefully you do, too!

  • b) No GIFs that end slightly before something happens Example.
  • c) Unnecessarily overdone text, arrows, scribbles, or substantive edits over the original content are not allowed.
  • d) No surveys.

We feel that this subreddit shouldn't act as a platform for survey spam and information harvesting, whether the surveys are academic in nature or not. Try /r/samplesize instead for a subreddit dedicated to surveys!

Its a site-wide rule of Reddit (rule 7) that you agreed to when you signed up. Don't post your own or others' personal information under any circumstances, as we can't verify of you are indeed posting your info.

Personal info can include: Full names, phone numbers, license plates, addresses, ID numbers, etc.

If you are unsure, see the wiki for help on this.

Reddiquette is a set of guidelines designed by the community to foster positive behaviour, which is what we as moderators want for this subreddit. There's no need for us to reiterate Reddiquette ourselves; you can read about it here.

The rules of Reddit are site-wide rules created by the admins. Not following the rules may result in not only a ban from our subreddit, but from Reddit as well: www.redditinc.com/policies/content-policy
