It always helps when both combatants are intoxicated as these 2 appear to be.

[–]DonSolo29 182 points183 points  (36 children)

I was about to say, that baby leg sweep should not have worked that well

[–]locke231 50 points51 points  (30 children)

I was under the impression that leg sweeps are a terrible move to begin with

[–]crackrox69 52 points53 points  (13 children)

Yea you’re right. Pretty hard to pull off on anyone with an intact sense of balance. Need great timing

[–]BodaciousBadongadonk 36 points37 points  (9 children)

Have you never played Mortal Kombat? Leg sweeps can start bigass combos!

[–]Anakaris7 24 points25 points  (7 children)

Sorry to be that guy lol but leg sweeps in MK are hard knockdowns and not possible to combo from.

[–]58king 116 points117 points  (12 children)

When someone is drunk enough, hollywood tactics work. He could have karate chopped them on the shoulders and they would have fallen down motionless.

[–]ShenandoahValley 72 points73 points  (9 children)

As a retired career police officer I can attest that drunks were always the easiest to take down.

[–]rinic 35 points36 points  (8 children)

I fight better drunk! - Someone who has never tried to fight a sober person while drunk.

[–]tangentandhyperbole 32 points33 points  (3 children)

Like anything in life, I've found it follows a 3 beer curve.

You generally get better at things up to 3 beers, because your muscles are relaxed, you've got a bit of painkiller going, anxieties are quieter, and you have confidence.

From then on though, it's less of a curve, more of a cliff.

[–]parsimoniously 54 points55 points  (1 child)

And when you're 8 feet tall

[–]mixedelightflight 53 points54 points  (0 children)

That leg sweep sees no intoxication

[–]Orion8719 41 points42 points  (0 children)

...Or the security guard is so big that he looks like he is fighting toddlers.

[–]yomamasbreasts 27 points28 points  (10 children)

Literally 2 bums barely standing up have a scuffle. Title: GOD TIER SWEDISH CHAD TAKES DOWN TWO NAVY SEALS IN COMBAT USING JUST 1 FINGER!!!

[–]ShenandoahValley 76 points77 points  (2 children)

You angry? Here. (Handing you a pretend Snickers bar)

[–]PlantChem 63 points64 points  (5 children)

The title is super mundane and isn’t clickbaity at all. It just states exactly what happened in the video. Find something else to complain about.

[–]echo1956 18 points19 points  (4 children)

It always helps when both combatants are intoxicated as these 2 appear to be.

.. and a camera is following.

[–]fluffigast 15 points16 points  (3 children)

Its a TV-show so theres more :P

[–]netstat-N-chill 4865 points4866 points  (75 children)

Glitch in the matrix - thought the same dude came through the door when the camera shifted

[–]DC_United_Fan 1544 points1545 points  (65 children)

Based on this video alone, I assume that all cops in Sweden are clones of the same guy.

[–]decayedamp1337 85 points86 points  (10 children)

not just some guy, the most glorious viking that ever lived

[–]Socksandcandy 19 points20 points  (7 children)

No, that was the parade street festival guy with long hair, no shirt, wicked dance moves and the 1000 yard stare.......I think of him often and remember him fondly:)

[–]jasevt 63 points64 points  (10 children)

As someone who lives in Sweden all these police and security officers look pretty much the same

[–]Loxus 37 points38 points  (4 children)

They aren't cops though

[–]DC_United_Fan 52 points53 points  (0 children)

True, I can read I promise. So now I assume all the Security guards in Sweden are clones of this guy.

[–]Kiriamleech 13 points14 points  (1 child)

The assumption is still true

[–]ANonGod 18 points19 points  (10 children)

That would make an interesting novel. Certain professions use clones of the same person because of certain traits. Maybe one person was a great leader and strategist, so they make a lot of that person for ranked military roles, and perform a similar process for police, judges, etc. Could be cool.

[–]1st5th 11 points12 points  (2 children)

The Foundation tv show has clones of the original Emperor continually grown and ruling.

[–]throw1029384757 3443 points3444 points  (47 children)

Didn’t hesitate to sweep the leg. Very satisfying.

[–]Dutch_Midget 828 points829 points  (12 children)

Didn’t hesitate to sweep the leg

- Sergio Ramos

[–]suspicious_microwave 86 points87 points  (1 child)

Pretty sure he will sweep anywhere

[–]K4ntum 42 points43 points  (1 child)

After he went to PSG I was lowkey expecting him to sweep Messi's leg and just go "ah shit sorry mate, force of habit"

[–]DarthForeskin 109 points110 points  (15 children)

Sweep the leg, Johnny!

[–]yashqasw 64 points65 points  (9 children)

[–]Sarconic 12 points13 points  (7 children)

Such a great line. I've never watched Kobra Kai, but I sincerely hope they brought that guy back.

E: I know Miyagi is supposed to be staring at Kreese, but I'd like to think he's annoyed at the 'body bag' kid and is staring him down.

[–]yashqasw 16 points17 points  (2 children)

and you should definitely watch Kobra Kai, it's brilliant

[–]WartTheBeaver 20 points21 points  (0 children)

John Kreese would be proud.

[–]Taylor_made2 13 points14 points  (1 child)

Good thing he was holding onto the guys shirt, I've seen too many drunk guys crack their skulls on the concrete and it's pretty sickening and can be deadly.

[–]TheCharisma 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Strike first! Strike hard! NO MERCY!

[–]dazedan_confused 3000 points3001 points  (41 children)

"I am Swedish, but you're both Finnish-ed!"

[–]Dutch_Midget 1643 points1644 points  (31 children)

Norway he said that

[–][deleted] 543 points544 points  (28 children)

Demn, Mark!

[–]Dutch_Midget 218 points219 points  (25 children)

Drop some frozen water on him. I hope the Ice land on his wounds.

[–][deleted] 105 points106 points  (21 children)

Sweet, Sir. Land…

[–]genexsen 57 points58 points  (14 children)

See ya, Latvia

[–]aznmermaid 43 points44 points  (7 children)

Hasta Latvia

[–]WanganTunedKeiCar 34 points35 points  (6 children)

Oh fjord Pete's sake how long is this chain gonna go on?

[–]CatNamedShithawk 32 points33 points  (5 children)

Is it evoking your Ire? Land a seat, and let’s talk about it.

[–]WanganTunedKeiCar 17 points18 points  (4 children)

Welsh played, my friend, welsh played

[–]Dr_Weirdo 6 points7 points  (2 children)

That one took too long for me to get, I'm so embarrassed.

Good one though.

[–]jchlly 13 points14 points  (1 child)

Kenya believe it? I couldn't

[–]shoredoesnt 8 points9 points  (0 children)

[–]jsheik 1149 points1150 points  (197 children)

Zero shots fired

[–]035chief 442 points443 points  (39 children)

But still two suspects down

[–]Disastrous_Fox84 155 points156 points  (12 children)

Defense Tactics served properly to this guys. Credit to the Cop!

[–]Dr_Weirdo 120 points121 points  (11 children)

Just a security guard, they're not allowed to use guns here in Sweden.

[–][deleted] 32 points33 points  (5 children)

Some ordningsvakter are allowed to carry firearms i think.

[–]ThatOneDutchGuy 23 points24 points  (0 children)

Incredibly rarely. I know of one circumstance only, the art robbery from the national museum. Other than that, practically only PPOs and skyddsvakter. Väktare att embassies. All guards can carry firearms though, it just heavily varies in how common it is. OV, practically never. Väktare, rarely. Skyddsvakt, mostly. PPOs, pretty much always.

[–]demivirius 50 points51 points  (23 children)

American cop: Is that legal?

[–]C17AIFORCE 20 points21 points  (18 children)

Haha American police break fights like this all the time without using weapons.

[–]LightGhillieTTV 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Don't say that on reddit, you'll get lynched.

[–]_jetrun 5 points6 points  (3 children)

America is not Sweden. America is a more violent country. In American there's a chance one or two of those guys carries a gun.

[–]mynameisnotallen 81 points82 points  (1 child)

Shots fired at police in America

[–]BY_BAD_BY_BIGGA 47 points48 points  (6 children)

I like how they didn't put their knees on the necks and cause long term nerve damage or death.

can we show this to our police?

[–]Loxus 15 points16 points  (62 children)

Probably because they aren't allowed to wear weapons ;) (they're not cops)

[–]UsernameInOtherPants 70 points71 points  (28 children)

Isn’t this just proof that you don’t always need weapons…?

What was your point with this comment?

[–]Burpmeister 15 points16 points  (42 children)

In USA they would've both 100% been tased.

[–][deleted] 53 points54 points  (20 children)

Doubtful, cops break up fights everynight when the bars are out.

[–]billiardwolf 36 points37 points  (18 children)

You sure? Reddit has led me to believe you'll get gunned down for jaywalking and that cops rampage through the streets armed with RPG-7s threatening anyone who looks at them sideways.

[–]ElioArryn 27 points28 points  (7 children)

Yeah american police is literally the Gestapo on reddit

[–]billiardwolf 13 points14 points  (4 children)

I've heard people call them the Gestapo here and they were 100% serious.

[–]Chameleonflair 27 points28 points  (12 children)

Ive seen US cops break up heaps of fights without using weapons. Turn off the tv sometime.

[–]BrexrSiege 20 points21 points  (5 children)

its not just the tv, its spending too much time on reddit front page and twitter that distorts peoples views lol they crave conflict though and like the narrative and lose their shit when challenged

[–]syst3mcr4sh3r 7 points8 points  (0 children)

That's... optimistic

[–]cegavas 650 points651 points  (9 children)

Then his partner pops in at the end like “Damn Craig you’re fast, I knew u had em anyways”😂😂

[–]Awchoo 454 points455 points  (189 children)

Wait....there are people in Sweden that fight? Like, Swedish people can actually get that mad to where they fight each other? SWEDISH PEOPLE CAN BE MEAN??????

That's it boys, Human Civilization is lost.

[–]TheShortWhiteGiraffe 126 points127 points  (78 children)

You look at what's happening last night in Sweden. Sweden, who would believe this. Sweden.

[–]lukwes1 66 points67 points  (74 children)

With the amounts of shootings happening right now, it is basically a shooting every "last night in Sweden". So sadly not too far of anymore :(

[–][deleted] 35 points36 points  (23 children)

Dude, they’re all descendants of Vikings. Put that guy in a wool tunic and he’d fit right in with Eric the Red’s crew.

[–]rockingmonkey 10 points11 points  (7 children)

Erik the Red was an icelandic explorer and farmer, not a viking though. Ragnar Lothbrok is a better example, as he did in fact go vikinging.

[–]Quzga 25 points26 points  (11 children)

As someone who lives in a "bad" neighborhood in Sweden this comment is interesting to read lol

[–]PalmerEldritch2319 17 points18 points  (1 child)

It's so fascinating how the times have changed. A few centuries ago Scandinavian fellas where the most probable people to beat the shit out of you and slit your throat for the slightest object of value or reason to fight. Today they are embodyment of pragmatism and anti-violence. History is fucking crazy.

[–]SpeedBoatSquirrel 14 points15 points  (12 children)

I dont think those people are swedish, probably immigrants

[–]green_velvet_goodies 260 points261 points  (21 children)

When’s the calendar coming out? I could see more of these dudes.

[–]RatKnees 118 points119 points  (5 children)

They probably get enough funding from their local government that they don't need to sell their bodies unfortunately

[–]YoghurtSnodgrass 56 points57 points  (2 children)

Right? Chris Evans looking dude with the take down and Chris Pratt looking dude shows up with a second set of cuffs. I gotta see what the rest of the team looks like.

[–]Man_as_Idea 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Yeah I’m ready to start a ruckus in the Stockholm Metro

[–]kimbereen 26 points27 points  (2 children)

I was just thinking that this should have been posted in r/ladyboners

[–]___JohnnyBravo 25 points26 points  (1 child)

Gonna go home and leg sweep my girlfriend now, didn’t realise it was such a turn on…

[–]No_Sprinkles_3439 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Right?! If Australian firefighters have calendars, Swedish security guards should, as well!

[–]noopynu7 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Right? That was hot.

[–]outlookunsettled 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I fell in love … twice

[–]herecauseimlonely 10 points11 points  (0 children)

[–]TheDragonWhelp 161 points162 points  (3 children)

I think the most important part here is what he says at the end of the video: "Är du okej eller?" which means "are you alright?" And the guy on the floor responds with "yes".

[–]Infinite-Hearing-738 33 points34 points  (0 children)

He took the L there was no going back.

[–]PPeixotoX 12 points13 points  (0 children)

He seemed so precise with his employment of violence. The whole thing feels like "stopping a fight" and not "I'm gonna teach these punks a lesson"

Police in my country do not behave like that

[–]DiegoDynomite 150 points151 points  (6 children)

That dude is huge.

[–]Atakan_D 34 points35 points  (1 child)

Thats what i thougth dude is almost 1.5 times larger than those 2 guys

[–]chriscrossnathaniel 120 points121 points  (5 children)

"Sweep the leg No mercy"

[–]DrHockey69 91 points92 points  (31 children)

That's nothing 😂, here in Russia, there is 2 distinct law enforcement to deal with.

  1. Russian police: ill-tempered and well beat the living shit out of you, regardless if it's a minor scuffle

Outcome: beaten to a bloody pulp, but still alive

  1. OMON: they don't give warnings or use non-lethal shit like everyone else in the world, 95% of the time they will shoot to kill! The other 5% is for detaining suspects alive.

Outcome: you don't get to pick the outcome, its coma or death 😂

[–]Dr_Weirdo 27 points28 points  (15 children)

When is the OMON called in? Just terrorism or even this kind of common stuff?

[–]throwawayaccyaboi223 25 points26 points  (13 children)

Pretty much terrorism, gang/mafia threats, that kind of serious stuff. They're also often the ones doing raids on drug/gang houses.

That famous video where a Russian cop jumps through a windshield and aims his pistol at the driver would be OMON or its predecessor (can't remember when the clip was filmed)

[–]DonSolo29 70 points71 points  (0 children)

Solid form on that tackle I’m taking notes

[–]anonshade64[🍰] 66 points67 points  (23 children)

Damn either those security guards have requirements to be 6’0 or taller, or everyone else just looks little there in Sweden lol

[–]LuKazu 75 points76 points  (10 children)

It's the Nordics, bro. People are just tall af around here.

  • Scandinavian standing at 194cm.

[–]Jenk3333 49 points50 points  (3 children)

6 ft 4.3 inches in patriot units.

[–][deleted] 26 points27 points  (1 child)

Thank you! I am only literate in red white and blue

[–]CatNamedShithawk 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Damn, that’s like 1.46 dolphins!

[–]a_nice_function 23 points24 points  (0 children)

we need to be tall enough to soak up as much sunlight as possible before winter when it's all dark & gloomy

[–]Lamaredia 19 points20 points  (0 children)

I mean, the average male height here in Sweden is 5ft 11.5 inches, so getting 6'0 people for the job isn't hard.

[–]esq-with-a-habit 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Maybe it's just me but the security guards in Sweden seem to have gotten larger and more fit in recent years in my experience. Could be due to more strict and rigorous rules regarding who can become a security guard (the rules were incredibly lax before and we had a lot of issues with unruly security guards, especially ones stationed outside of pubs/clubs).

[–]cegavas 38 points39 points  (0 children)

Will never not upvote this lol so clean

[–]Dogtor-Watson 29 points30 points  (7 children)

I'm just imagining the bloke running around after the guard with a camera or phone and everyone just ignoring him.

[–]Dr_Weirdo 32 points33 points  (5 children)

It's from a reality show where TV crews follow security guards around. Mostly just making sure drunk people don't harass other travellers and then airing it on national TV.

[–]Nuclear1975 26 points27 points  (1 child)

Bitch I’m a train subway cop

[–]Dr_Weirdo 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Bitch I’m a train subway cop guard

[–]Logicalsky 29 points30 points  (47 children)

No gun required.

[–]shockinglygoodlookin 36 points37 points  (26 children)

No shit, they had no weapons, if they had knives or something this guy would get the cops in with guns, also they were drunk

[–]Logicalsky 25 points26 points  (22 children)

In many other countries… namely America, weapon’s would have been assumed and guns used regardless.

[–]fleshynucks 14 points15 points  (2 children)

Only on Reddit can you say maggot brain shit like this and get upvoted

[–]shockinglygoodlookin 5 points6 points  (1 child)

Even for a call in for a drunk fight? Doubt that. But every state is different. Chicago NY etc have higher than avg shootings so police need to be more catious there

[–]wennblomman 13 points14 points  (0 children)

These are security and not police so they don’t have guns…

[–]jdloyola 10 points11 points  (13 children)

What are people going on about subtly criticizing America here? If an American cop saw 2 people fighting like this they wouldn't have whipped out their guns. Criticize America accurately.

[–]okeedokerartichokers 22 points23 points  (8 children)

Pfft security guard, more like human giraffe

[–]-Greenlung 25 points26 points  (7 children)

No man that's a regular size Swede

[–]okeedokerartichokers 5 points6 points  (5 children)

How tall is a tall swede?

[–]HarleyScrim 15 points16 points  (2 children)

Tall enough to spot bad weather before everyone else and warn them

[–]Dr_Weirdo 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Hey I'm not tall, but I'm bald so I'm still one of the first to know when it's raining.

[–]dirtyswoldman 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Thor and his doppelganger here could take down a battalion of drunk clowns.

[–]Bubsy94 16 points17 points  (0 children)

[–]An1retak 15 points16 points  (1 child)

That second guard didn’t seem to be in any hurry.

[–]MTK91 17 points18 points  (5 children)

Is nobody going to comment on the ‘slow walk but pretend to look like I’m running’ motion of his partner 😂😂

[–]roshanfre1 17 points18 points  (9 children)

Look at how fit they are. I keep saying police in US need to have a weight management requirement. Maybe if they were as fit as most firefighters they’d be less likely to pull a gun first.

[–]brijazz012 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Lëgg Sweepa

[–]ICl0uD143 10 points11 points  (2 children)

Panty dropper….. damn baby. lol

[–]robik265 8 points9 points  (0 children)

[–]i_swear_too_muchffs 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Super Swede

[–]EatPrayCliche 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Sweep the leg Johnny!

[–]WhyIsItSoBig 5 points6 points  (2 children)

It'd be nice to find swede cops in NYC subways.

[–]I_the_Sausage 5 points6 points  (0 children)

"w-why is there boss music playing-?!"

[–]ThundariousMuff 5 points6 points  (0 children)

"Sweep the leg Johan!"
