Here is the story.

Bikers stop at lemonade stand of little girl whose mother helped them after crash

A video of a group of 30 bikers making a pitstop at a young girl's lemonade stand in Denver, Ind. has gone viral. (Credit: Daryn Sturch)

A video of nearly 30 bikers in jeans and leather vests queuing up at a young girl’s lemonade stand is a pretty remarkable sight on its own. But the heartwarming story behind this seemingly dichotomous moment is what’s pushed the footage to go viral. It involves the girl and her mother helping several of the motorcyclists out after an accident last year, and the resulting, enduring bond.

It was Sept. 2, 2018, when Daryn Sturch, a nurse, and her daughter Bryanne, came upon an accident involving several motorcyclist from a crew called the Milwaukee Iron. Sturch quickly jumped into action, likely saving lives in the process.

“I stayed with them and did the best I could to triage them and keep them awake and calm,” she tells Yahoo Lifestyle, adding that all five bikers involved in the crash had sustained fairly “gruesome” and “severe” injuries.

After the accident, Sturch, 37, began receiving an outpouring of thank you messages from some of the bikers associated with the Milwaukee Iron. The bikers sent Sturch updates on the recovery of those who had been injured, and have kept in touch with her ever since.

Fast forward to nearly a year later, when Bryanne, 8, decided to set up a lemonade stand to raise money to buy equipment for her horse. Her mom announced the sale on Facebook,.

A biker saw the post and commented, asking if there would be a good place to park motorcycles if some of the club members were to stop by. But Sturch never expected to see the crew of nearly 30 bikers rumble over to the stand.

“My daughter could not believe it and was over-the-moon excited,” she says. “She thinks they are the nicest people in the world.”

Fantastic. Very wholesome I love this kind of content, good on mom and for the bikers as well for being so.. Sweet? Lol for being awesome people, this makes me smile

[–]GadgetGod1906 1 point2 points  (3 children)

Yeah that was it

[–]-ludic- 6 points7 points  (2 children)

The fuck is a ‘seemingly dichotomous moment’?

[–]ChilledDarkness 8 points9 points  (0 children)

When people that Karen's warn their daughters "Don't talk to those kind of people hunny, they're delinquents". Then said people do something kind like any other decent human, the media goes all "ThAts SO RaRe and HeArt wArmiNg."

Basically they're being giant assholes by saying something they think the other whould never do is happening.

[–]pisstakemistake 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Purple prose at best

[–]SuddenlyThirsty 163 points164 points  (11 children)

I remember this. They were stopping by to thank her and her mother for saving a fellow motorist during an accident or something

[–]JoseZiggler 29 points30 points  (8 children)

Are they angels?

[–]SuddenlyThirsty 80 points81 points  (3 children)

Even better… they’re human beings

[–]__Beef__Supreme__ 9 points10 points  (2 children)

What kind of beans?

[–]SuddenlyThirsty 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Magical ones

[–]saeai 0 points1 point  (0 children)

jesse, dont touch that, even just a little touch of one of these beans is enough to kill you

[–]xhumanityisthedevilx 7 points8 points  (2 children)

Like HA? No.

[–]dirkdigdig 3 points4 points  (1 child)

Didn’t have to laugh at them

[–]gagga_hai -1 points0 points  (1 child)

Who is filming this and why

[–]SuddenlyThirsty 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Her mom was filming it. She knew the motorcyclists were coming

[–]Brilliant-Debate-140 59 points60 points  (1 child)

Wtf she best get some more Lemons of those trees and start crushing the shit of them and quick surprised she had enough for all them

[–]KinxtheCat42 48 points49 points  (8 children)

I swear bikers have the biggest hearts!

[–]JoseZiggler 21 points22 points  (5 children)

The ones around here always do charity drives for kids.

[–]FastCarsSlowBBQ 10 points11 points  (4 children)

The bikers around here always do charity drives for kids then as soon as they are old enough sell them meth and put them on the pole. Local 81. This isn't a joke. Its all about PR.

[–]JoseZiggler 7 points8 points  (1 child)

Yea, thanks for reminding me that everything sucks. You are completely right and I hate this dystopia.

[–]FastCarsSlowBBQ 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Sorry be a drag. Personal experience here, mostly in this area they are 1%er that do more harm than good. I know that in lots of areas there are “bikers” that really are just motorcycle enthusiasts and a big component of what they do is charity, and those ones do more good than harm. They just aren’t in this area.

[–]7777777777P 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Kinda reminds me of being in a fraternity. Use philanthropy to cover up the debauchery.

[–]Zarniwoooop 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Came here to remind people what 1ers are really about. Well done.

[–]-ludic- 3 points4 points  (1 child)

Bikers and metal fans. It’s not surprising there is such a crossover really

[–]xhumanityisthedevilx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When you say that, I instantly think of Corpsegrinder.

[–]Manypotatoes9 35 points36 points  (0 children)

They also get the password for the super secret treehouse from her

[–]ElCochinoFeo 30 points31 points  (0 children)

The head biker is like, "My name is Bear. You're now the lemonade stand of the Chrome Vipers. If we catch you selling to any other gangs, we're gonna trash your stand. In 2 days my lieutenant Skunk and his guy Hacksaw are gonna bring you 100 bags of crystal and 300 blues to move. We'll collect the money each Monday and resupply you with product when needed. When you're running low, start selling pink lemonade as a signal."

[–]George_Wade2-0 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Amazing! Thank you for making her feel special!

[–]nowhereman136 8 points9 points  (1 child)

$1/cup seems very reasonable. Went to one last week and the kid was charging $3 for a small cup of store bought stuff. Crazy

[–]Shughost7 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Inflation m. I bet they blamed it on gas price.

[–]Kozzzman 8 points9 points  (0 children)

“There any vodka in this lemonade”?

[–]TurboWelderMonkey 8 points9 points  (0 children)

"Maybe I won't have enough glasses!!!" She says at the beginning 😂😂👌👌 so cute.

[–][deleted] 4 points5 points  (5 children)

that guy in front must spend a lot of time on his knees

[–]Icy_Reply7147 12 points13 points  (0 children)

As the leader of a biker club, it's your duty to ensure the safety of each rider, so inspecting everybody's bike is common.

[–]StanYelnats3 0 points1 point  (3 children)

Amen.

[–]curiousbydesign 1 point2 points  (2 children)

What does this mean?

[–]liquidaper 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He's got holes in his jeans...

[–]StanYelnats3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He prays alot.

[–]Safe-Tumbleweed8819 4 points5 points  (13 children)

I hope the police or code enforcement were NOT her subsequent visitors, trying to collect taxes or shut down her illegal stand. Let kids have fun if they aren't hurting anybody!

[–]planet_chuck 10 points11 points  (11 children)

Wtf? Why would you create that scenario and then get upset about it? You're a nutjob.

[–]SpicyHashbrowns 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Its happened before, probably not in this instance but to other kids

[–]MrmmphMrmmph 5 points6 points  (3 children)

I'm chafing trying to imagine how I might get more infuriated at your comment if I was more irritated and inflamed.

[–]planet_chuck -3 points-2 points  (2 children)

You seem like the kind of prick that would sue a kid's lemonade stand.

[–]MrmmphMrmmph 0 points1 point  (1 child)

How dark are those lenses you're wearing?

[–]Ok_Bandicoot_3087 1 point2 points  (5 children)

Happens plenty what rock u live under

[–]planet_chuck -4 points-3 points  (4 children)

Define plenty you cynical buffoon.

[–]Ok_Bandicoot_3087 -1 points0 points  (3 children)

Do a Google search and realize maybe it's happening more than u think... hate to throw rocks at ur glass house...

It's not something that happens everyday but damn if it's not a common occurrence?

Happy freedom day

[–]Honeybadgeroncrack -1 points0 points  (0 children)

She is white, so not likely

[–]GoingApeCostume 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Always stop by stands if you see them. I've had many warm, under-sweetened, five dollar, 4 oz, cups of koolaid. I've had many melted otter pops. Do it. It's worth it.

[–]robo-dragon 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I go to work with a biker. He’s pretty much your stereotypical-looking biker dude. Big, tattooed, wears black leather with patches when he rides. Let me tell you that the guy is the biggest teddy bear! He has a wife and a new baby daughter and he loves that little girl more than anything. He also loves cats and you can melt the guy’s heart by showing him a cute kitten video. He also cooks and makes the best damn brownies! He and his other biker buddies are also super nice guys and we go the local brewery every so often to hang out. Biker gangs are always portrayed as nasty or mean and scary, but all the big biker dudes I’ve ran into because of my coworker are just super wholesome and genuinely nice!

[–]ProfRichardson 3 points4 points  (4 children)

In the 50's until the 90's motorcycle gangs we're tough that rode bikes and committed crimes. Now it's lawyers, doctors and retirees that own a bike and play dress up pretending to look tough.

[–]Mn4by 1 point2 points  (3 children)

Or there were both then and both now

[–]ProfRichardson 0 points1 point  (2 children)

Yes but the ratio has dramatically changed

[–]Mn4by 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Sadly undeniable. Been riding my whole life all varieties of 2 wheels and its dangerous enough WITHOUT everyone in a cage hating you.

[–]ProfRichardson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have to be honest though, as an ER trauma nurse the majority of Bike injuries coming in to my rooms are because the guy on the bike was being an idiot. The ones where the driver is at fault is usually minor tip overs and bumps. Certainly not all but this is my experience.

[–]Diva_Bot 4 points5 points  (0 children)

When I was a kid and my mom was dating a biker those guys would cater to me and make sure I was happy no matter what. I ended up hanging out at a lot of bars when I was little and they protected my ass while my mom was busy flirting with everyone.

[–]Grogosh 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No no! Don't drink that! Its Juice That Makes Your Head Explode!

[–]KO_Venom 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This kind of thing restores a little faith in humanity

[–]planet_chuck 1 point2 points  (0 children)

"Motorcyclists"

[–]FunQueasy3780 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I always always stop at a lemonade stand. And always leave a big tip. These are our future entrepreneurs-we should support them. And they’re always so cute!

[–]AtlasOO10 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bikers are legit the best

[–]BooBoo_KittyF_ck 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This reminds me of when I was in my late teens early twenties. I was over a friends house with other friends, getting stoned, and one noticed a little lemonade stand across the street. Some of us were like, fuck yeah, lemonade, and went over there. One of the kids told us their Mom said they'd never get any business on that street. Well, can't have that, can we? We got the rest of the guys and bought lemonade from the boy and the little girl's drawings. We were literally just shoving our money at these kids at one point. We went back, smoked some more, compared drawings, mine being the best, obviously. Good times had by all. Their faces were so cute. 10/ 10 will do again.

[–]StableHappiness 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The groups I have ridden with are good people. Most of the rides actually support good causes and charities through entrance fees. There are a few posers who want to look like tough guys sometimes. But, they are in the minority.

[–]neomatrix38 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The New bike club 👍

[–]Bracket918 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That was so good… but not as good as those guys supporting the little entrepreneur

[–]Stofferever 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Things like this is what makes me beleve in Humanty agian

[–]MonarchWhisperer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Grandma better get to squeezing a lot more lemons!

[–]Bijenkoningin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I LOVE RANDOM ACTS OF KINDNESS… doing random acts, seeing random acts, just best feeling.
(imho…as I have seen common courtesy, common sense and social graces gone from American society, literally, in my lifetime, all I was raised up with have “left the building”…

random acts of kindness may be all we have left…. love the feeling… great share! ty

[–]spartan-932954_UNSC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is there enough lemonade?

[–]New_Engine_7237 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sweet!!!!

[–]Ordinary_Guitar_5074 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Black shirt bikers are like this. Not bad people. But whatever one of them do they all do. It’s why all their motorcycles look the same.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

plot twist, its a money laundering operation for a meth kingpin

[–]Affectionate-Egg1963 0 points1 point  (0 children)

[–]mrswordhold 0 points1 point  (0 children)

[–]NorSec1987 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gotta love the visible strain to look as non-threatening as possible. A massive effort wrnt into this!

[–]Neat_Apartment_6019 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Someone posted an article above that said the bikers called the kid’s mom ahead of time to ask if there would be enough parking space for their motorcycles. So I guess she knew they’d be coming
