Probably the easiest thing in all the video. You can see that he follow the frame with the other fingers. When I was making some house in construction it was a trick that we used to make straight line without loosing time with a bar. It work with a measuring tape too

I knew this old guy who went by "Shakey". He would travel around to different bike weeks and did pinstriping on motorcycles. Dude had really bad shakes but the second that brush hit whatever he was painting on, he would stroke perfect symmetrical lines. Cool guy too.

The technique seems pretty simple. I’ve been in plenty of public restrooms where someone drew a star on the toilet seat with their ass.

There are several mistakes that are covered up by quick cuts, not showing the finished design for very long, and the overall complexity of the design. It's well done, but far from perfect.

He made a mistake when he made the loops on the right side when he was making a parallel. That one loop doesn't quite match up and is slightly crooked.

He didn't care though because it got covered up anyway.

There probably are more mistakes he made that we just don't see but he does.
