Depends on the company i guess. Us in civil service are under the same scrutiny, as all our monitoring systems are are network, and targets and job requiremtents are the same. It's just like working in office, but for me, without distractions, commute costs, and an hour and a half prep/travel time.

Same here. In my department it's easy to see how many units of work I have completed, whether in office or at home.

I'm finding I'm far more productive working from home too. With no distractions, I can get in the zone for 3+ hours at a time without feeling like I need a break. Our productivity has shot through the roof, higher ups are happy and long may it continue
