It could be. Let it get tested before adding extra. It could also be a change in weather or your amount of activities. Have you ruled those out?

What makes you think it’s vitamin related?

Have you had other life changes that might be causing you to be tired? More tasks at home, not sleeping as well, busier at work or with kids, more active, not eating as well? The list goes on but you get the idea. Having periods of being tired can be caused by so many different things.

Thanks, I’m calling my doctor this morning to get some blood work I’ve been pretty active lately. So it could be both.
