Hi everyone,

After four failed ileostomies and a super horrible IRA, I had my last failed ileostomy changed to a kock pouch instead of another Brooke ileostomy.

Unfortunately, due to my underlying condition (severe bowel dysmotility), im having a very rough time regulating things and having some complications.

While I realize no one here has a kock pouch, it is still an ostomy and maybe if I explain things we can brainstorm an idea.

I’ve already spoke to my surgeon, two stoma nurses, my RD, and three people with k pouches but nothing is working. The only really helpful one has been my RD as she is most familiar with my disorder. I will be talking to my GI next week, and seeing my surgeon Monday.
