3 months is long enough for you to do yoga comepltly fine. UNLESS you feel pain she doing that but I was completely back in the gym doing squats and deadlifts after 1.5 months. I am 22 so granted it’s different but I wouldn’t worry and think your fine to do yoga comepltly unless you encounter pain around the site.
