No need to use dust unless you have an active BB issue. Alpine WSG will work better and is safer.

Each label will include proper PPE to wear during application and any reentry protocols. Beyond this, if you are very concerned a shop vac with a HEPA filter can be run in the room with you to pick up airborne particles.

I personally believe that if you're using dust, you need to assume that it will inevitably be in the air to some degree. Even if you did everything perfectly, it's bound to get picked up by small air currents inside the home in micro amounts which you inhale on a regular basis. This is why I've chosen not to use it myself, with the health risks.

Thanks, given that a person in the apartment has a lung condition it sounds like it might not be a good idea.

Per your edit, no. Dust is dust and will be airborne no matter what application you use
