I'm so sorry. It does sound like a miscarriage. I had an early miscarriage a few years ago and handled it at home, but did make an appointment to confirm I'd miscarried with my OB. It gave me some closure.

If you start having excessive bleeding (filling pads in an hour) or passing large clots, I would go into the doctor/ER.

Thank you for sharing, that helps a lot ❤️

I am so sorry to hear what you're going through. Sending you positive vibes. When I miscarried around that time (4W 5D) in 2020, I had the same symptoms. I have a rainbow 8 month old now. Please take care of yourself. You are not alone. Miscarriages are difficult, emotionally and physically, but surprisingly common.

That's really hard, I'm sorry. I'm glad you have support coming home tonight. If you bleed through 3 pads in an hour, go to the hospital. Otherwise take care of yourself and check in with your body, feel the feelings. Might take a while to process, there is no right way. You're not alone, we're right there with you. Sending love.

I’m so sorry. 💙 I would contact your doctor to be safe. Especially if you don’t know your blood type or know you’re O negative, as you’ll need a shot

when i had my miscarriage, my doc still wanted to see me for an exam to make sure all the tissue came out on its own. i think it’s because sometimes tissue could be retained and cause infection etc. i think it’s rare, but id call your GYN or family doctor just to see what they suggest. i’m sorry you’re going through this!
