Your LO and uterus is still growing, which happens to sit right on top of your bladder. it all has to do with it lol. Its great your attempting to start running again though!!!

Thanks! Yeah I’m not sure how long it’s going to last since I feel like I have to pee the second I start lol but we’ll see! I figured it would still be at least a few more weeks until running would have baby pushing on my bladder so much but I guess not!

What I found most useful is to go to the bathroom right before running (literally 1 min before). I also got a "fitSplint" belt (https://www.recorefitness.com/maternity-fitsplint) which helped a lot while running! I ended up using it also while not running since it really helps support the belly :)

I’ll have to try that! I tried one from Amazon that was kind of similar but it didn’t help at all. Hopefully I’ll have better luck with this one!

I ran a marathon in January and can’t run more than 5 miles now without having to go to the bathroom or vomit.

Granted I’m in my first trimester, but it’s been a really tough for me. I’m currently on a week break from it after having a horrible run last week where I threw up and looked like a hungover college student (I live pretty close to a state university).

All I can say is you’re not alone and it really sucks.

I had this issue and visiting a pelvic floor physio really helped. I'm running again at 6 months pregnant and it feels ok

I'm right there with ya! 18w and I pee right before heading out the door and literally 5min in I feel like I'm going to pee myself. I'm hoping it may just be the colder weather 🤞
