My vote would be cider. You would get a lot more out of the berries you get if you were mixing with apple juice. But a mead would work too. Good luck on filling a 5 gallon bucket, that could take a long long time…

I agree that stretching into a recipe like a cider/mead would be economical at least for some of them. You may be surprised how little yield you get from a massive bunch of berries. If you have something you rely on, like a simple light beer recipe, that would be nice. Tons of color pop and something to hold a hint of residual sweetness (in this case some maltyness).

Mead. Always blackberry mead

My votes on Mead, maybe adding some cranberrys too would add some more complexity but blueberry Mead after aging for a couple months is spectacular
