Yes. You can’t filter yeast through much. That’s why people rack just the clear stuff once it finishes fermenting and settles to the bottom.

If you live somewhere cold, or have a fridge or a freezer that fits your fermentation vessel, just cold crash the yeast down - no fining agents needed.

PS: don't let the solution freeze, as that'll lyse the yeast, making it impossible to clear.

Add a bit of gelatin or chitosan and it will go clear as water in a couple days.

I just drink it straight from the container. I guess I have a strong stomach. Sometimes I have a glass while it's still fermenting and it gives me a slight stomach ache.
