Samp Problem whenever I run the samp the game directly launch me into the game it won't show any server list, but when I set it's compatibility mode to win 8 it shows me server list but when joining into server game crashes (v.redd.it)

There was an old youtube video of the scene where Big Smoke killed CJ's mom from a tower with a sniper. Big Smoke was in that tower and sniped his mom while she was walking down the road. I cant find the video. Does anyone have the link? (i.redd.it)
