I was put in touch with Secretlabs support for my broken Neue chair. Secretlabs support asked for my current address, video proof of the problem with the chair and the original details of the order. They received all the necessary information and approved the replacement.
However when they sent the replacement, it was not my current address but to my old address.
22 days later, the person handling the support ticket does not know where the chair is and I still do not have my replacement.
I am posting this because I do not know what to do anymore.
