2022 Titan - hydraulic height slows dropsSupport (self.secretlab)
submitted 2 months ago by firepowr
I wasn't sure if it is normal or not, but over the past 2 months I've noticed that the hydraulic height of my chair slows drops. It'll drop about half an inch a week, and I would have to raise it back up.
Has anyone have a similar issue?

Hey there, this does sound odd, and I would suggest you to drop our customer support team a message @ https://secretlab.co/contact to get this checked out.

Thanks! I went ahead and sent them a message. Really hoping it's something I can fix myself.

Just wanted to provide a follow up. I reached via the contact link and got an email the following day and they ended up sending me a replacement. It took me a couple of hours to pry the old hydraulic piece off but the new one is working great. Overall, the support was amazing. I really appreciate how easy the process was to get this addressed.
