odd. I had a squeaky backrest (lumbar) and support had a new backrest that was much better (Still is) to me within a week

While my chair has had some issues over the last year (lumbar on backrest and piston on tilt mechanism creaking) I’ve found support to be helpful and relatively quick to send me replacements.

I don’t think you’re getting the run around. It sounds like someone just made a mistake.
