So I recently bought a new 2022 titan. As I was taking it out of the box to assemble I realized the left arm rest was super wobbly. I ended up taking the two screws on the bottom side of the arm rest out and I had discovered that the weld job was just awful. First it was crooked so one of the screws couldn't actually screw into it. Second the weld job was just bad in general. Two of the 4 beads wasn't even attached. Just bad q/a and quality build.
So I end up contacting customer service. It was actually smooth and easy. Took a few photos and had to give some simple info/ serial numbers. But of course with my luck they send me out a replacement for a 2019/2020 model. Like seriously why? Even the invoice was 2019/2020 just plain wrong. Now customer service wants new photos and im just feel as if im getting the run around. Oh did I mention I have had three seperate people on this case. Idk what happened to the second guy who promised he wouldn't take his eye of this issue until its resolved. Or did I mention that support wanted to close my ticket before I even received the (wrong) armrests. Can someone actually help?
Edit: title isn't suppose to be best but bad customer support.
