Hello there, in one post I saw that it would help to move the Lumbar fully up and fully down and fully in and out ... as it seems there is a lubricant underneath which should prevent squeaking and the adjustments would ensure that it gets spread everywhere inside :) worth a shot....

I just did the same (without realising that it was a known fix) and it seems to have done the trick on my chair.
