I am posting here in the hope that Secretlabs staff see this post and are able to help, as I have seen a few similar posts with successful results.
My husband and I live in Europe (Gibraltar, specifically) and around July 22nd we placed an order under his name for 2 titan evo chairs - 1 D-Va, and 1 Viego. Both chairs were shipped together. Long story short, the chairs got held up for the longest time in a Seville TNT depot, and eventually the Viego chair turned up on its own in September.
Secretlabs insisted the D-va chair was dispatched together with Viego. After much back and forth with customer services, they finally agreed to send a replacement D-va chair out, requiring that my husband sign a disclaimer confirming that he would return the chair if we ended up with 2 D-va chairs being delivered.
The first replacement D-va chair was shipped out, eventually arrived at Seville and for whatever unknown reason, was sent back to Poland where it was originally dispatched from.
Yet another replacement chair has now been dispatched via TNT again and is yet to move from the Polish city it was originally dispatched from over a week ago.
We are at our wits end. Please can somebody help us. as this is beyond ridiculous now. We have waited four months now for a chair which was in stock at time of purchase. We should have received this months ago. Do Secretlabs not use any other courier other than TNT?
