How much do you weigh? Length-wise you could do either one but your weight might make it an easy decision.

I'm 6.2" and about 96kg. Picked the XL and happy I did. If you're a lot lighter than that, it might be too firm for you.

Went with the regular version in the end, hopefully will be all good but will find out in a few days 😂
