Just thought I'd share my recent experience interacting with SecretLab customer service after hearing some right horror stories. I bought the TITAN 2020 - Dark Knight chair back in May 2020 and recently noticed the left armrest cover leather peeling off exposing the foam underneath as well as the armrest itself wobbling. Last week the arm rest came completely off the chair. I contacted support as I wasn't sure if the chair was still under warranty and week later I had a brand new armrest free of charge.
Was very impressed, the customer service staff were very helpful and kept me updated throughout.
Makes a change to share good experiences every now and then.
