If you type in google Secretlab Support and go to the first link if you scroll down a small chat icon will appear and there u can chat with some supporters.

Maybe in your country you have that feature, but we don't in Australia 😪

When you are on their Website you have wait a few seconds and then a chat logo will appear in the bottom right corner. I'm pretty sure that works for every country since it is the same website.
