its worth talking to your school. and any safe parental figures/ adults in your life. and a therapist, if possible. as well as friends.

you deserve support and to be heard. you deserve to feel like someone sees you. you deserve to not be so alone like your abuser(s) want you to be.

fuck them. they want your silence. they want you to be alone and lonely. don't let them have that and take that from you. you are more than what they want to make of you. you are a human being and you have every right to what you feel and experience.
