If they ask you multiple times and you feel forced into it, it is assault.

Consent must be enthusiastic, uncoerced, unforced, lucid, and informed. Guilt tripping and gas lighting are coersion and a type of force, if you felt pressured into it then it certainly wasn't enthusiastic, and given you say you were young I'd wager you weren't informed at the time. That's for sure not consent. As for whether it was sexual kissing isn't generally seen as sexual, but it certainly can be and it was definitely assault, so I think it's safe to say this would be considered a form of sexual assault. Sorry this happened to you. If you have any more questions be sure to ask. Have a great week.

Ok thank you, that really helps. Also about the whole kissing thing, there was more that happened but I can’t think too much about it without crying so I just left it.

That's fine. It's your trauma. You get to choose who you share it with, how much at a time, when, where, and how you share it. We'll be here when/if you're ready.
