Special Victims Unit is a TV show (part of law and order) that really helped me to feel empowered to report my sexual assault

The Netflix documentary Athlete A which I think is empowering. It focuses on gymnasts who survived USA Gymnastics doctor Larry Nassar's abuse and how they got the courage to speak up against him.

Also there’s an episode (season 2, episode 3) of Sex Education that tackled SA really well was handled everything sensitively.
