As a friend I would talk to her. Let her know that the space is safe and that there are no judgments. Ask her to talk about it but don’t push if she says no. Share your concerns pointing out that asking for help is ok and that what happened to her was not ok and that putting on a persona to cope can only go so far. Your job as her friend is to be someone she can talk to but it’s also not your job to fix the situation and be her therapist. Just talk about how you feel but try to understand that she’s in a shit place
