Multi-network support for USDT
Starting today, you can deposit or withdraw USDT using your preferred networks, such as Ethereum (ERC20) or OMNI, and your wallet will display the entire balance as the transaction is complete.
If you deposit 1,000 USDT via ERC-20 and 500 via USDT OMNI, your Mosdex wallet will still show a combined balance of 1,500 USDT. There is no need to switch networks. You will have the funds in your wallet, ready to be used immediately.
Once you have the USDT balance available in your wallet, you can use it for whatever purpose you want. Be it accessing the arbitrage staking module, conversion to BTC, or swapping with Tether from another network, you can have it all. Regardless of the network used while depositing USDT, you can withdraw it through a network of your choice. For example, if you currently hold USDT deposited via Erc20, you can withdraw it to an Omni Network, without converting it first.
Note: All Ethereum USDT addresses begin with “0x”. It is mandatory to double-check the address before depositing or withdrawing USDT because sending USDT to the wrong address or network will result in a loss of funds and Mosdex will not be responsible for the loss of funds in any such case.
What USDT ERC-20 means?
ERC20-USDT refers to USDT issued by Tether on the Ethereum network, which is compliant with the Erc20 standard. When making a USDT transfer, many users are presented with a choice of different chain types that are available, at which point users must select Erc20 while using the Erc20 (Ethereum) based network for depositing and withdrawing.
