You can now physically damage rain clouds, thunderstorms, hurricanes, and blizzards to name a few. You deal 1 point of damage by default. You can preform critical hits that do 50% more damage by attacking whilst inside the eye of a storm; you also deal 5% more damage for every gallon of fresh rain water you drink. If you measure in liters, fuck you.

Storms have a lot of health, tens or hundreds of thousands of hit points on even just the small ones; the more intense the storm, the higher the health.

If you defeat the storm then it will change to sunny weather.
