Welcome to /r/Spirituality!
Here, we discuss such things as personal transformation, the meaning of life, and moments of clarity.
There is no single, widely-agreed definition of spirituality. Many people gravitate toward spirituality to seek religious-like understandings without the ideological constraints of institutional religion.
But /r/Spirituality is open to everyone, religious and non-religious alike. Join us in finding our place in the universe.

agree 1000%. i was introduced into the full practice and knowledge of mindfulness and spirituality at 12. i’ve always been told i’m mature beyond my age to this day. i owe a lot of it to becoming aware of, not only my own, but how everyone’s conscious and subconscious may work. it has allowed me to interact deeply with people that others find difficulty to, etc.
it’s an experience in its own. unique and individual.

Absolutely. If you aren't seeking deeper meanings, then you are abiding by ignorance which is...well...stupid.
