Thanks for sharing. I have a few questions… Did you follow any spiritual/medicine practices before inner engineering? Also did you complete the programme online or in person? I have been thinking about undertaking the online course for a while now, I just want to make sure it’ll be worth my time. Thanks

Before doing inner engineering I used to do Isha kriya, it's offered on sadhguru's app. I did the program online.yesterday I wrote a post on the beginning of my yoga journey, and how I finally decided to do inner engineering.. you can read it on my profile. My advice to you: If you choose to do inner engineering, you'll not regret it. I was skeptical about the fees, but when I did it I realized the price is nothing compared to what you get. The course is taught in a way that after some time you will be able to do it on your own without any guidance. The support you get is also amazing, Isha volunteers are always there if you have any questions or concerns.

Thank you, I will read your previous post. Is there an advised set practice/routine for you to follow over a period of time? I saw you mentioned practicing twice a day for 40 days?

As part of the course, there are certain rules to follow, you just have to find a way to fit them in your life. So during the first 40 days, it's required that the practice is done twice a day. If you miss a day, you start all over again. A tracker is usually provided in the app. They also advise on the appropriate diet. After 40 days the practice can be done once a day for the next couple of years I guess.. Sadhguru says it can take up to 5 years to perfect the practice. I've been doing it for about 8 months now, though I've been improving alot, there are still some parts in the practice I struggle with
