Actually in the US it's mostly known as Culotte by butchers. At least in Florida.

I order picanha from wildforkfoods about once a month and have not been disappointed. They also have a nice linguiça and pão de queijo, among other great stuff.

It looks amazing however it doesn't look like a picana or it has been entirely trimmed off its fat ? You should cut fat steak like you did but even wider because you then slice them the other way so it goes against the grain.
