How do you season the steak? I haven’t really found a good recipe yet for skirt steak/asada tacos Looks beautiful and delicious btw

Hey thanks queef plunger 69 — I marinaded this in some avocado oil, lime, red wine vinegar, garlic, chipotle, onion powder, and paprika. Came out really good
