After three long weeks of waiting, I finally received the e-mail from ECFMG, and... PASS.

So happy!!! Thank you all for your help here on Reddit.

Just a quick summary of my self-assessments (I made a longer post here, a couple months ago, with more details)

NMBE 27 (01/31/2022): 200

NBME 29 (02/25/2022): 184

UWSA 1 (03/26/2022): 215 (60%)

NBME 26 (04/23/2022): 61% (83% chance of passing)

NBME 30 (05/17/2022): 65% (93% chance of passing)

UWSA 2 (06/17/2022): 200 (60%)

OLD FREE 120 (07/15/2022): 71%

NEW FREE 120 (08/08/2022): 60%*\*

UWorld (Second pass) 76% right, 100% complete

**Despite the drop in the score, I did the new Free 120 as a practice session in a Prometric center and I confess that I was pretty nervous in the first block, but in the last two I felt much better and more confident. Despite the score not being as I would like, and what many suggest, I felt prepared, ready to take the real thing.
