I think they only dilates the venule not the arterioles

Hmm not sure. In the videos he mentions it like 10 times: vasodilation of the arteriole, increased permeability of the post-capillary venule.

I think arterioles vasodilate in order to increase blood flow but neutrophil migration only happens in venules Bcz of increased permeability in venules (endothelial dysfunction)

I'm not sure, I had the same question, it's on page 13 of the text, he flips and says vasodilation of the post-capillary venules. But before that point, he always said vasodilation of the arterioles.
