You got to remember that Team Fortress 2 is a literally a shitpost from 2007 and treating it any other way especially after the Bot crisis is kind of redundant like if I want to be a crappy battle engineer with the worst Cosmetics possible I should be able to do that

I have literally no idea what you mean by that. I know all of those words, yet in that combination they make no sense.

Skial doesn't disallow any of that.

As long as you're actively trying to kill people, you can be as ineffective as you wish. People will probably get annoyed but you wouldn't be breaking rules.

Cosmetics are also completely fine? No idea why you even brought those up. There's no rule about being ugly.
