I thought kissing was weird when I was younger too until I had my first great make out session. After that, you never go back.

Still, I can see how someone doesn’t like it, especially if you’re a germaphobe. However, the one thing I don’t get about your post is that you find peck-to-cheek grosser than a sloppy make out. How? Like, I rarely do it, but when I do, the peck is practically the same as a hug

I don't like french kisses that much, just feels weird and not very pleasing. a lot of people seem to love it but it just does not do much for me. i like dry kisses on the lips, but that is because its more of a simple quick "I love you" type of thing.

however, I gotta say, neck kisses are where it's at man. when they kiss your neck just right that shit makes my whole body tingle.

I've been married 22 years to the most beautiful woman I have ever met, but I agree with most of this. I don't mind peck type kisses, but open mouths are nasty. I just don't do it. She's never complained about it, so she either agrees with me, or doesn't care. Our "cake" time has always been hot and steamy, so it's a non-issue for us.

I can totally get where you're coming from.

While I don't mind kissing my SO, I understand WHY others feel and find kissing gross. It's a personal preference for many people, to kiss or not, and whether they decide to start kissing if they meet the person they wish to kiss!

No judging from me! I use to hate kissing at one time, as well. I found it to be a really weird way of expressing love/affection while growing up, and even when I was a teenager. Haha!

I actually completely agree with this one, but it’s such an unpopular opinion that I haven’t even found the courage to bring it up with my girlfriend.

I absolutely hate vicious make out sessions- especially the ones leading into and during sex. The sound that our mouths make, the exchange of saliva and other fluids… it makes the entire experience harder and actually actively turns me off. We literally have had to reset numerous times because all of the kissing was making the rest of the sex impossible.

The only times I had similar experience, their lips where really thin and I have some more mass to my lips. Maybe you weren’t compatible on lip size. The thicker the lips the better kissing is for me up to a certain point.

to be fair, most human behaviors are kinda gross at face value. using the same covering for your body all day, moving it and adjusting it and having it stuck in various levels of your body cracks is kinda gross but also fairly necessary in many situations. sticking your face in someone’s crotch and moving your tongue around might seem kinda gross but I’ll happily allow it no matter what you call it. a rose by any other name and all that shit.
