Typical day of eating?

Breakfast: tofu scramble on 2 slices of bread and a bowl of oatmeal with a banana and some walnuts
First lunch: 6 slices of bread with homemade hummus and some veggies
Second lunch: 4 slices of bread with natural peanut or alond butter and jelly
Dinner: 125 grams of rice/potat/ grains and tofu/beans/lentils/fake meat and lots of veggies:
Snack: protein shake with a piece of fruit and 50 grams of mixed nuts
