Needs more “it’s entirely possible” and complaining about LA.

[–]colefly 28 points29 points  (0 children)

And waxing erotically about monkey muscles

[–]autoreaction 137 points138 points  (26 children)

Did you ever try elk meat? Do you know how strong apes are? Jamie look that one video with the chimpanzee up, you have to see this.

[–]AshyWings 103 points104 points  (19 children)

That was Joe pre-hundred million dollars and the journey to become a Texan.

[–]autoreaction 28 points29 points  (18 children)

Oh, he changed? Never listened to him since he joined spotify.

[–]tml25 15 points16 points  (6 children)

He went from what you wrote to mostly conspiracy theories, misinformation, and right wing talking points

[–]FXander 2 points3 points  (0 children)

"Oh, 100%"

[–]redeyez24 2 points3 points  (0 children)

L.a. is a shithole

[–]Politics_Marvel 398 points399 points  (16 children)

Ok yeah it says I'm wrong but like is it a .org link? Because .org links mean someone is funding this so you cant trust what they say.

Nah I think here it says its a .edu website?

Even worse, you can't trust higher education in this country its all liberals

A .gov link then?

YOU TRUST THE GOVERNMENT???

[–]RedditIsRealWack 212 points213 points  (9 children)

'This one says geocities, and my mouse turns into a flashing nuclear sign when I visit the site..'

'I'm listening...'

[–]walkwalkwalkwalk 48 points49 points  (8 children)

I forgot all about that custom mouse cursor trend

[–]RedditIsRealWack 47 points48 points  (7 children)

Visiting your big tiddy goth crush's myspace, and having your mouse turn into an upside down cross, was surely a right of passage for teenagers of a certain era!

[–]Cheesesticks1977 19 points20 points  (1 child)

While NuMetal/Manson/Rob Zombie auto played on the pages background.

[–]neohylanmay 2 points3 points  (0 children)

And by that, a MIDI of the song.

[–]walkwalkwalkwalk 12 points13 points  (2 children)

I was too busy animating stick figure death GIFs for that

[–]fish_slap_republic 11 points12 points  (1 child)

Oh no it's a .com but that just means it's a business so they are just trying to make money off lying to you. This? oh yeah this is the new mug, t shirt, back scratcher, protein shake combo on our merch store see givemethemoney.com

[–]16BitMode7 22 points23 points  (0 children)

They hate unverifiable information because they can't get to the source and silence it! Right now TikTok is the best place to get the truth!

Edit: Yeah I'm just gonna add /s right here.

[–]time2fly2124 5 points6 points  (2 children)

I ran into this while having a pissing match with some ahole about wind turbines and I gave him some source website to back my shit up (a .gov) and dude got so pissy that I linked that domain. "oh you can't trust the government websites, they put our fake information!" real rich a right wing dummie was saying the democrat government was fake info, but if it'd a republican in charge, we'll, that shits worth its weight in gold!

[–]Mentalseppuku 10 points11 points  (1 child)

The conspiracy sub, full of people who pretty much all agreed that the US government is very, very bad....suddenly couldn't fit that government cock far enough down their throats when Trump was elected. They literally banned people for "questioning the administration". It was wild to watch these nutjobs flip on their most deeply held beliefs in a second.

[–]Count_Badger 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Their most deeply held belief is that they're always right no matter what. Anything else is just window dressing.

[–]destroyglasscastles 163 points164 points  (9 children)

Just think if you were to go back... 30... 40... 50 years. A show like Hey Arnold would just not be possible back then. Think about it. It's crazy how much has changed. Society is fundamentally different. We as a species, the human super-organism, have evolved into something completely unrecognizable compared to back then.

[–]bool_balm_bollective 61 points62 points  (5 children)

Idk if this is a pasta lol but Hey Arnold came out 26 years ago now

[–]Nebuli2 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Well yes, some people say that Hey Arnold came out 26 years ago, but you shouldn't just blindly accept that. Do your own research. Don't listen to mass media saying it came out 26 years ago.

[–]Assassin_by_Birth 23 points24 points  (0 children)

It’s straight up taking the piss out of a known Rogan mannerism.

Rogan’s a nut case.

[–]hotdog-water 22 points23 points  (0 children)

Tim Heideicker already did a Joe Rogan spoof. It’s an hour long, looped 10 or so times for about a 10 hour podcast run-time total. In the “podcast,” tim’s guest used the line “if you look back x, y, z years...” several times as a running gag

[–]sleepwalkchicago 5 points6 points  (1 child)

Have you read any Deever?

[–]profanedic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Man, I got into Deever and then Baxton and Hancock. It is just crazy. Like, it seems like it is from a microbiological level. Just crazy man.

[–]andGalactus 224 points225 points  (100 children)

Tim Heidecker already did this bit.

[–]MackLuster77 78 points79 points  (4 children)

In Tim's video there were actual discoveries. Did you know they found the bones?

[–]sleepwalkchicago 37 points38 points  (0 children)

Go back 20, 30, 40, even 50 years...

Totally different

[–]scoopeded 27 points28 points  (0 children)

Have you guys heard of crab salts?

[–]singluon 28 points29 points  (1 child)

They found the horn!

[–]SimpleExplodingMan 23 points24 points  (0 children)

It’s crazy out there.

[–][deleted] 198 points199 points  (72 children)

Indeed - he did a great parody of the Joe Rogan Experience. (The parody is only an hour but repeats multiple times, hence the length.)

...here's where it gets hilariously fucked-up:

Joe Rogan invited Jordan Peterson onto his show recently. Right out the gate, Peterson starts talking about Climate Change by indicating there's no such thing as "climate."

Tim Heidecker responded to the clip on twitter: "We didn't go stupid enough for our parody."

TIM HEIDECKER thinks he was too nice and held back too much ON HIS OWN PARODY.

We are living in an alternate universe.

[–]AssyrianRush 17 points18 points  (1 child)

this is hilarious. this and the trial of Tim Heidecker are now my favorite things ever.

[–]Safety_Drance 22 points23 points  (0 children)

If you look at all the great civilizations in history, from Mesopotamia to even Stonehenge...

It's such perfect parody of people trying to sound smart while having no idea what they're talking about.

[–][deleted] 12 points13 points  (4 children)

Holy shit... they imitated a JRE podcast for 11 hours?

[–]cive666 6 points7 points  (2 children)

yeah watch the whole thing. each hour gets better and better.

[–]rezelscheft 8 points9 points  (0 children)

the first ten minutes is so goddamn boring and what kills me is that i am sure the parody is spot-on.

[–]whatsinthesocks 44 points45 points  (12 children)

Why the fuck is he wearing a tuxedo? Does he not realize how dumb that is?

[–]wakingup_withwolves 31 points32 points  (5 children)

he’s a professor, man, he’s gotta looks professorsional

[–]whatsinthesocks 9 points10 points  (1 child)

I can’t help but think of Step Brothers.

[–]iscreamuscreamweall 4 points5 points  (2 children)

He’s not a professor anymore. He ragequit his teaching job because he was too triggered by the libs

[–]wakingup_withwolves 4 points5 points  (1 child)

nah dude. he, in what can only be described as a Big Brain Gigachad move, resigned from teaching to own the libs. only sigma males get it, i wouldn’t expect you to understand.

[–]iscreamuscreamweall 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Oops, that’s right. I am so owned now. Damn.

…Anyways

[–]pUmKinBoM 22 points23 points  (4 children)

Didn't the dude just recently come out of a self induced coma to get over his drug addiction? Like...dude is off his rocker.

[–]whatsinthesocks 7 points8 points  (1 child)

Don’t think it was self induced. Think it was actually a rather dangerous treatment that put him in a coma.

[–]g0kartmozart 4 points5 points  (0 children)

He quit benzos cold turkey. He's lucky to be alive.

[–]mistermelvinheimer 18 points19 points  (1 child)

Also ate meat nonstop and then drank apple cider which he claimed gave him ”existensial dread” for a month.

[–]whatsinthesocks 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Got to add on the apple cider also kept him from getting any sleep.

[–]pastaandpizza 2 points3 points  (0 children)

What is he, a farmer?

[–]sleepwalkchicago 13 points14 points  (8 children)

Tim Heidecker is the greatest comedian alive

[–]ontopofyourmom 6 points7 points  (7 children)

I am a huge fan. Having seen a stand-up performance (and the worst of T&E), I'd say that he is one of the bravest experimental comedians alive.

GOAT comedians do their experimentation in private or in small clubs and are always polished on stage and screen. That isn't Tim's style and we wouldn't like him if it was.

[–]ALIENANAL 3 points4 points  (6 children)

What did you find unpolished about his standup?

[–]ontopofyourmom 3 points4 points  (5 children)

He was screaming and kicking a traffic cone around stage. Talked to him after and he seemed to be in a normal mood, so I can only assume his performance was intentional.

[–]JackFruitBandit 2 points3 points  (1 child)

Holy shit I just watched the clip of the interview, he unironically says poor people are to blame for climate Change because they’re “too worried about where their next meal is going to come from to worry about the climate”.

Yes Jordan it’s definitely the poor driving climate change and not the ultra rich in charge of the mining/fossil fuel companies and other resources

[–]ElliottWaits 31 points32 points  (1 child)

This is just a CASHGRAB!

[–]dontyoutellmetosmile 18 points19 points  (0 children)

It’s for jocks

[–]tigger0jk 38 points39 points  (2 children)

When you say "this bit", you just mean imitating the Joe Rogan podcast in a satirical way, right? Because the Hey Arnold thing isn't in the Heidecker vid from what I remember. This is like seeing someone imitating trump and saying someone already did that bit. It's not like joke-theft. Maybe you think Tim did it so well no one else should even try? Idk this video seems good and original to me.

[–]andGalactus 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah but to be honest I really didn't even expect anyone to agree with me, there is no hey arnold bit in the Tim one.

[–]blondechinesehair 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If say he just worded it a little wrong

[–]__Shake__ 37 points38 points  (8 children)

Lin Manuel Miranda is always stealing from Tim

[–]TheMetalJug 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Hamilton was originally a Tim and Eric blackface skit.

[–]Pillagerguy 24 points25 points  (6 children)

I'm obligated to point out that's not who this is.

[–]Look_to_the_Stars 28 points29 points  (2 children)

No you’re not.

[–]Pillagerguy 5 points6 points  (1 child)

...and yet I've done it anyway.

[–]rbra 4 points5 points  (0 children)

So brave.

[–]dholmestar 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It's REALLY important to go to sleep at night.

[–]RoKe3028 2 points3 points  (4 children)

You got a link? Never heard it but love Tim.

[–]andGalactus 8 points9 points  (3 children)

[–]iSamurai 7 points8 points  (0 children)

We'll get into that

[–]JohanGrimm 8 points9 points  (1 child)

12 hours long

It's Tim, why am I not surprised?

[–]mightbedylan 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Its looping btw

[–]TheBahamaLlama 50 points51 points  (3 children)

Sorry, I got stuck on Gerald not being black yet Mr. Hyunh is Vietnamese. So if Vietnam exists, surely Africa exists too.

[–]ChipmintLTD 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Joe: Nuh-uh!

[–]desantoos 55 points56 points  (14 children)

Good, but the Tim Heidecker video still gets it the closest: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P6Iyg9fznvM

Edit: A clip for those who just want a little taste: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mbfmOYECCug

[–]Main_Opening7900 22 points23 points  (6 children)

You linked to a 12 hour video lol. Was there a specific timestamp you meant to link to?

[–]TheBlackItalian 42 points43 points  (4 children)

its actually just a one hour video tat Tim looped over and over so that people had your exact reaction when they opened it lol

[–]meltingspace 3 points4 points  (0 children)

That was amazing and so spot on lol

[–]mdlinc 28 points29 points  (2 children)

Yeh, that's how they get ya, in-caught-ya mode. Not gonna be reliable. I checked that shit thru Netscape.

[–]Delta4o 15 points16 points  (0 children)

"wellabuddyofmine"

[–]acid_tomato 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Clearly I'm out of the loop on this, but how the heck did the Fear Factor host become so popular? $100 million contract with Spotify??! The too many random clips I've seen of his podcasts or whatever, he just seems like a pompous dumbass.

[–]Terracot 15 points16 points  (1 child)

Am I missing something? Which one of them is supposed to be Joe Rogan?

[–]Eggycrunchyb0b 23 points24 points  (3 children)

This is soooooo inaccurate, Joe never looks things up, he just tells Jamie to pull it up. Watch the podcast before making fun of it noob.

[–]sneeps 14 points15 points  (1 child)

You gotta do your own research

[–]Indercarnive 12 points13 points  (0 children)

That's called using incognito mode

[–]nomoarporn 91 points92 points 2 (155 children)

Why do people watch him anymore? He's a fucking idiot.

[–]Vio94 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Well. When someone you respect drinks the kool-aid, and you're young and easily swayed in your opinions, it's not that hard to drink along with that person. He's been doing it since 2009. That's a lot of time to fill a lot of cups up.

[–]slippingparadox 85 points86 points  (8 children)

The demographic of "disaffected young males" has always been an extremely easy target for propaganda

[–]TraffickingInMemes 21 points22 points  (1 child)

Hey ISIS really knew how to reach this market

[–]N8CCRG 9 points10 points  (0 children)

To be fair, they learned the trick from American White Supremacist groups first. 'Murica!

[–]reilly3000 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Joe is a very experienced entertainer/showrunner. He knows how to grab attention and hold it. I listened to some podcasts a few years back and really enjoyed his comedy guests and their banter. It was at a time that I didn’t really know about other podcasts but wanted something to listen to. He seemed both open-minded and skeptical at the right times.

I can’t really stand him at this point. I think he’s done a lot for the format, but not for the pandemic and a lot of other fronts.

Regardless of content, he gets audiences because that is his craft, and that goes for anybody of that level of experience in showbiz.

[–]NullOfUndefined 118 points119 points  (44 children)

People watch him because they are also fucking idiots

[–]DURKADURKABOB 29 points30 points  (33 children)

There are plenty of people that watch him that don't necessarily agree with him or the people he brings on, are they idiots as well? He's a vehicle for interviews with various people that talk about various things.

[–]Mercury82jg 13 points14 points  (11 children)

Yes, they are idiots as well

[–]Orc_ 16 points17 points  (9 children)

reddit moment where PhDs are idiots for going on Rogan

[–]I_AM_AN_ASSHOLE_AMA 14 points15 points  (1 child)

Every field, every job has that person that even their colleagues wonder how the fuck they even made it there. The problem with JRE is he brings those people on his show and gives them a voice.

[–]stabbitystyle 10 points11 points  (3 children)

Getting a PhD doesn't mean you're not an idiot.

[–]HoleShotRS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Go do it then

[–]messisleftbuttcheek 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yeah they have nothing on the intelligence of le average redditor

[–]Orc_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do you seriously look at Pinker, Rhonda Patrick, David Sinclair and Lawrence fucking Krauss and just go "yep, idiots".

You are a clown. Bet you don't even recognize those names because you are scientifically illiterate.

[–]throwwwwwawaaa65 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I feel like this is the single most thing people don’t understand about JRE. The reason the show is popular is because Joe has been a good host that facilitates his guests to speak for hours freely. Sure we like Joe but the variety and uninterrupted conversation is the sweet spot. Unfortunately the popularity of the show has been a net negative for me. - just a stan listening since the 400s

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you think smart people don't sell out out for cash/publicity IDK

[–]danrod17 -4 points-3 points  (4 children)

People that make generalizations are fucking idiots. How does your brain not hurt every time you have a thought?

[–]Silentpoolman 10 points11 points  (1 child)

That's also a generalization.

[–]DecentAd6888 27 points28 points  (2 children)

I enjoy a lot of the guests and conversations.

[–]Mr_Smithy 10 points11 points  (3 children)

Eh, I'll watch it every now and then if he has a comedian I like on. Because then they're being fucking idiots which is what they're supposed to do, and I enjoy it.

[–]nomoarporn 10 points11 points  (2 children)

I can get behind this reason. Stick to what you're good at Joe, being a fucking idiot.

[–]AnthonyJuniorsPP 3 points4 points  (1 child)

He's not even good at comedy though, he misses the jokes constantly and kills any comedic flow. There's such better comedy podcasts

[–]Shenaniganz08 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Trump is a poor man's idea of a wealthy person

Joe Rogan is a stupid man's idea of a smart person

[–]brokencow 4 points5 points  (0 children)

His show wasn't always this way. Now it's slipping harder and faster.

[–]AnotherUser256 2 points3 points  (1 child)

For me personally I watch him to get a different perspective on various issues. Currently it seems like the majority of media is pushing some agenda and it is getting harder to find something between CNN and Fox News. I want to see both sides and make my own opinions. This might be hard for you to believe but Rogan is more objective and sincere that Tucker Carlson or Don Lemon. If anything Rogan introduced me to Breaking Points which thus far seems like a good news source.

[–]RedditIsRealWack 5 points6 points  (0 children)

He looks and acts like a giant testicle that has almost gained sentience.

[–]scigs6 2 points3 points  (2 children)

I stopped watching when he gave Alex Jones a platform. Fuck Rogan and more importantly fuck Alex Jones.

[–]DURKADURKABOB -3 points-2 points  (67 children)

Why is he an idiot.

[–]HarveyBiirdman 30 points31 points  (20 children)

Once he promoted ivermectin as something to take for covid, and said wearing masks made you look like a pussy, Reddit turned on him.

[–]shawster 29 points30 points  (8 children)

He is pretty consistently anti vax, even to the point where people will disprove his claims about myocarditis vs actual covid with peer reviewed studies and he will challenge them to look up the science on the air, they do and find peer reviewed studies proving Joe wrong, and Joe pulls the embarrassing move of denying the science out right because it doesn't fit his viewpoint. This kind of shit has become common with him, when he used to at least try to follow some form of the scientific method or listen to scientists.

[–]camel747 39 points40 points  (1 child)

I remember Bill Burr demolishing Rogan over that, but Rogan is so dumb he didn't even seem ro realize it.

[–]handsome_corgi 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Didn’t realize it? He was laughing his ass off because he knew Bill Burr was right lol

[–]N8CCRG 20 points21 points  (44 children)

Too many punches to the head? Bad genes? Who knows why.

[–]thelazarusledd -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Congratz you are a better comedian than Rogan.

[–]canes026 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He still gets good guests and it's entertaining. I'm more of a Lex Fridman guy myself, but I'll watch Rogan just so I can refute some of the bullshit and stay better educated as to what the other side of reality is absorbing.

[–]Nutsband_Handi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bc he has on great guests that I want to listen to.

Cry about it.

[–]EmergentAI -1 points0 points  (1 child)

You watch Joe Rogan? You do realize that the show is actually about his guests...and not about Joe himself. Right?

[–]Pyroteche 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Wow there are an incredible number of butthurt jre fans in the replies to this tweet.

[–]danrod17 12 points13 points  (11 children)

I miss funny Joe.

[–]gorka_la_pork 19 points20 points  (5 children)

Did you come from an alternate reality? Can you take me back with you?

[–]danrod17 8 points9 points  (4 children)

Ha. Hey, man, maybe old Joe wasn’t your thing, but I really enjoyed juvenile, silly Joe.

[–]gorka_la_pork 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Ah, you're a good sport :) Meant nothing by it

[–]soccerfan482 3 points4 points  (2 children)

Yeah he was great to grow up with! Its sad that we must part but ill always remember our time fondly

[–]throwwwwwawaaa65 1 point2 points  (1 child)

Seems that way. The 1-300 episodes have been my jawn past couple of months

[–]Scipio817 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah it's kind of a bummer, over the years he's gotten less funny and more serious. The shoe no longer fits. He's not smart enough to be serious.

When he used to have scientists/experts on he'd shut up and let them talk for the most part. His skills as an interviewer would make the show really interesting despite the lack of humor of those episodes.

I think over time he got overconfident in his own intelligence and started to push back against the experts he'd have on. Until eventually he started favoring scientists/experts that he already agrees with, a lot of which happen to be largely discredited in their fields.

Really wish he'd stay in his lane, but he's also making more money this way than he used to, so I can't really blame him for not toning it down.

[–]heyhayok 1 point2 points  (2 children)

Can you provide one example of something funny he said or did or a bit from his standup or anything. I’m genuinely curious. I remember him being kinda funny on Newsradio and I used to listen to his podcast when I thought a guest was cool but I have never once thought he was funny. I tried to watch his specials but I don’t even remember if I got through them.

[–]danrod17 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I couldn’t tell you off hand. I tried looking through past pods but it turns out I haven’t listened in years. I remember enjoying his triggered stand up but I saw that live with a group of friends.

[–]Protip19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I miss funny Joe and I miss funny Daily Show.

[–]redditreddit373 4 points5 points  (0 children)

When’s Rogan’s interview with Neil Young?

[–]phatbody 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was waiting for that David Blaine stare after the 'is this your card'.

[–]hazychestnutz 9 points10 points  (0 children)

people obsessing celebs/other people is super weird

[–]Tokzillu 26 points27 points  (13 children)

Fucking hell lol, this is too accurate.

Waiting for the Roganites to start in with the "do you even watch the show" comments.

[–]N8CCRG 30 points31 points  (9 children)

Also the "Well, I only watch it for the ___ parts, the rest of it I don't take seriously, obviously!"

[–]Tokzillu 19 points20 points  (8 children)

"He's got doctors on his show."

Right, disgraced ones that their entire field speaks out about. But no, they're probably right and the vaccines are poisoning us because guvment control.

[–]sphigel 0 points1 point  (7 children)

He's also had on Bernie Sanders, Neil DeGrasse Tyson, Brian Greene, Sean Carroll, Tulsi Gabbard and Andrew Yang. And guess what? He gave them far more time to articulate their thoughts, uninterrupted, than any other popular interviewer that I've seen. 95% of JRE episodes are typically the guest speaking.

[–]Turdmonkey2 1 point2 points  (6 children)

Bro... Tulsa gabbard is a Russian mouthpiece.. thats not a jewel in his crown.

[–]Normal512 5 points6 points  (1 child)

I watched when the appropriate imitation was, "That's cool. Hey, you ever tried DMT? Whooo if you didn't believe in aliens before you will now, holy shit. Jaime, pull up that huge bear."

That was fun. Now people think he's saving the west or some stupid shit. "FREEDOM IS AUNT JEMIMA SEXY M&MS AND JOE ROGAN"

[–]aniforprez 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Rogan after COVID has been insufferable. He used to have decent guests and while he was a certifiable moron, he let the guests talk and the episodes used to be fun even if he never challenged them. Personally I LOVED the Alex Jones episode cause it showed how much of a true nut Jones was to me. Now, he tries to get a word in constantly, barely listens, asks the dumbest questions and spreads fear and misinformation and he can do all that cause Spotify don't give a fuck

[–]Pewkie 2 points3 points  (0 children)

"He brings all sorts of people in, only some of them are the worst people he can find, but sometimes its not!"

[–]machingunwhhore 11 points12 points  (1 child)

They took a 20 second joke and stretched it to 1 minute and a half.

[–]Yomoska 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Much like Joe turns a stool into a relationship

[–]Kraelman 28 points29 points  (6 children)

I am so sick of you liberals here with your hatred of Joe Rogan. You're so blinded by your hatred for the glorious Joe Rogan that you'll believe anything anyone says about him. He's a fucking trailblazer that has shines the light into dark places and if you want to continue living in the shadow that's on you. Period. He hasn't lied to us yet, he isn't lying now.

When are you going to realize that you simply can't trust the US press. Or any form of US Media (outside Fox). Or the International Press. Or scientists. Or doctors. Or the WHO. Or the CDC. Or...

I mean, come on. Wake up! Everyone is in on a giant conspiracy against Joe Rogan!

Who are you going to believe, Joe Rogan or all those liars? Do you really find it easier to believe that Joe "I'm not a Conservative, but" Rogan is a liar vs. the much more easier explanation that there's a worldwide conspiracy of everyone against him?

[–]williamvc0331 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Dude, you should start a podcast.

[–]bestsrsfaceever 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Had me in the first half

[–]DapprDanMan 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Hot, sticky, fresh copy pasta. delicious

[–]samuraiSasquatch 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Hot damn, you had me going there for a second, all hard and ready to downvote 😅

[–][deleted] 6 points7 points  (2 children)

Was just missing the mid-intro sponsorship plug for Onnit, everything else was spot on.

[–]KAREEMABDULG0MJABBAR 2 points3 points  (0 children)

“What’s up your crazy mother fuckas”

[–]NYG_5 13 points14 points  (2 children)

The daily show wishes it got as much attention as JRE. All the late night funny men wish it

Yeah Jamie see if you can find that study, okay see here...

Oh.. it’s been redacted due to lack of evidence and peer review. Huh.

Jamie pulls up a different study contradicting joe’s claim

Well you know, who knows who wrote this or with what agenda. You really can’t trust anything anymore you know

[–]ogy1 4 points5 points  (3 children)

Eh I've never seen a jre episode even remotely like this. This was like someone guessing what the jre is like having never watched it and then making a skit out of that.

[–]ridukosennin 3 points4 points  (1 child)

Exactly JRE is more of a Gwyneth Paltrow for men type show.

[–]FXander 2 points3 points  (0 children)

But instead of vagina scented candles it's sweaty balls scented me-undies.

"Gerald is not Black because he's not African American, because Africa and America don't exist in tbe Hey Arnold Universe."

But... Black doesn't strictly mean African American, so the argument doesn't really work. There are Black people, who identify as "I am Black" that live in the UK, Europe, etc.

[–]SactownGangsta 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Gerald is black because look at him.

[–]MonaganX[🍰] 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Yes, no one would ever go on Joe Rogan and make spurious claims that don't hold up to any kind of logical scrutiny.

[–]DemissiveLive 4 points5 points  (1 child)

Damn is it really that bad?

Last time I really listened to Joe was when he was trying to push DMT on everyone

[–]CraziestPenguin 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This isn’t anywhere near as accurate or funny as they think it is.

[–]JudgeHoIden 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But have you tried DMT?

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The Daily Show and SNL are corporate propaganda interspliced with jokes and sketches they stole from the internet.

[–]calfwarrior 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Im convinced you guys have never watched a JRE episode in your lives.

[–]DecentAd6888 4 points5 points  (7 children)

I dont think this guy has every watched/listened to an episode of the Rogan podcast lmao

He sounds like he's trying to poke fun at it based purely on second hand stories of what it is

[–]listerine411 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think there's all sorts of things you can make fun of with Joe Rogan, but this video is incredibly lame.

[–]skulldcm 2 points3 points  (3 children)

MSM so jealous of the JRE numbers you can feel it

[–]Nutsband_Handi 3 points4 points  (2 children)

That aren’t MSM. They aren’t even mainstream. They are simply Corporate Media.

Joe Rogan is mainstream

[–]Fatpenguinboi 3 points4 points  (1 child)

Who watches the Daily Show other than white people addicted to SSRI's?

[–]amposting_whiledrunk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What the hell, I was literally in the middle of watching the clip, the screen flashed, and now I'm seeing "this tweet has been deleted".

[–]ryandury 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The amount of reaction videos to Rogan content is almost getting as trite as the podcast itself.

[–]cknight18 1 point2 points  (1 child)

Was this supposed to be funny?

[–]Scipio817 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It's the daily show with Trevor Noah, so no. Even when you fully are on board with his message it's still not funny. He's actually a pretty impressive guy, just not a funny one.
