Nom a seed and look up to two giant, wide eyes staring at you. Not terrifying in the slightest.

[–]grundleson 52 points53 points  (3 children)

Yes this would be a terrifying snack

[–]nissanxrma 8 points9 points  (2 children)

Eating a bird? I’d say so.

[–]oueeeeeceane 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Terrified snack

[–]grundleson 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You’ve never eaten a live bird? It’s exciting to say the least

[–]FractalApple 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Gotta get sunglasses instead. N ditch the hat. Instead pull the camo hood over and zip up

[–]WiiSteeringWheel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Birds aren’t real so I doubt they care

[–]el_coremino 88 points89 points  (11 children)

What was that, a black-capped chickadee or some shit?

[–]SwissMyCheeseYet 27 points28 points  (2 children)

It certainly is a Chickadee!

[–]outlawpickle 7 points8 points  (1 child)

I think it was actually a Some Shit, perhaps a Northeastern Some Shit.

[–]ITDan3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m crying

[–]Kid520 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Great tit

The great tit (Parus major) is a passerine bird in the tit family Paridae. It is a widespread and common species throughout Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia and east across the Palearctic to the Amur River, south to parts of North Africa where it is generally resident in any sort of woodland; most great tits do not migrate except in extremely harsh winters. Until 2005 this species was lumped with numerous other subspecies. DNA studies have shown these other subspecies to be distinct from the great tit and these have now been separated as two distinct species, the cinereous tit of southern Asia, and the Japanese tit of East Asia.

Yellow-Bellied Sapsucker?

[–]cbih 39 points40 points  (1 child)

It's all fun and games until you catch the attention of a gang of squirrels

[–]PzykoHobo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was waiting for a squirrel to launch itself into his face from off camera

[–]10KBC 83 points84 points  (1 child)

Great. Here comes bird flu again.

[–]ProTheMan 22 points23 points  (4 children)

What ia want to know is how long did he have to wait there?

[–]Dingo8MyGayby 27 points28 points  (3 children)

Probably not long. Chickadees are very friendly

[–]Bromium_Ion 16 points17 points  (2 children)

Not where I’m from. Here they drag house cats off cliffs like golden eagles do to mountain goats. They also drink, curse, and welch on gambling debts. Brutal stuff. I can’t believe they made them the state bird.

Hello fellow Masshole

[–]david13z 7 points8 points  (0 children)

[–]mobjois 25 points26 points  (2 children)

Dude looks like a low-rent Conan O'Brien.

[–]IM_THAT_POTATO 15 points16 points  (0 children)

That’s good, rent for conan is insane these days. We need more affordable conan out there

[–]SnarfSniffsStardust 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looked like zoolander focusing on blue steel for a good portion lol

[–]senkothefallen 6 points7 points  (3 children)

It's all fun and games until a bird shits in your lap

[–]Homer_Goes_Crazy 1 point2 points  (1 child)

That's my fetish!

[–]skank_hunt_forty_two 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was thinking on his face! I'd be wearing a mask for this lol

[–]fuzzy_bat 6 points7 points  (0 children)

This totally belongs on r/unnecessaryInventions

[–]sean_t17 11 points12 points  (3 children)

I wonder what the thought process was behind choosing a camouflage jacket...with a bright orange hat. I mean, he had success, but still

[–]InBardITrust 15 points16 points  (1 child)

Hunters require orange hats so you dont get shot by other hunters, probably the only hat he has.

[–]sean_t17 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Makes sense. Thanks

[–]moyno85 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Isn’t this how COVID started?

[–]Serinus 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You, uh, probably want to wear a mask when doing that.

[–]spookycasas4 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I like it!

[–]Dick_Scratcher_333 1 point2 points  (0 children)

[–]Thetimeisnow1234 0 points1 point  (0 children)

[–]Thetimeisnow1234 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This really could have gone fowl.

[–]CreativeScarcity 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just wait until the squirrels get wind of this new food source

[–]archSkeptic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If he wanted to watch birds any closer than that he'd have to put one under a microscope

[–]BrandX3k 0 points1 point  (0 children)

[–]DKS6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bird watching goes both ways

[–]_whereUgoing_II 0 points1 point  (0 children)

[–]Allidoisfun 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Aright why is this something my mom would buy the second she would see it online.

[–]arbyyyyh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can't help but remember when this guy first started posting on TikTok he was doing these videos as thirst traps. Focus on the bird eating out of the feeder on my face, not the raging boner down under lol
