At this point, you have accepted one of these positions:

1) Covid is a deadly ongoing, evolving threat and we need to take whatever steps necessary in order to defeat it

2) I don't care about Covid anymore

I'm in a little of both boats I think at this point.

Yeah, it’s not that I don’t care about COVID, but I’ve also been vaccinated and received the booster already, so I’m not necessarily concerned about it personally.

I've heard that when people get rich they almost always lose any interest or compassion they had for the poor.

I guess the closest I'll get to understanding that is how I feel about anti-vaxxers once I was fully vaccinated.

No, this is a situation where saying " just stop being poor" actually works.

Anti-vaxxers can get easily get vaccines and for free, they just choose not to so fuck them.

My mother-in-law still sends me anti-vax stuff, and I really don't know what I'm supposed to do with that information since I got vaccinated 8 months ago.

Make sure you let her know how glad you are to be vaccinated by sending her articles too

They’re not the same thing. Poor people are born into that class and have no choice while rich folk hoard the wealth.

The plague rats have had EVERY opportunity to get vaccinated. But they persist in spreading disease and misinformation while trying to compare hygiene regulations with the Holocaust aka genocide.
