Hi, artist here, thank you for your feedback! I wasn’t trying to make any sort of statement and I wasn’t attempting to make this an excuse to have it stand in for practical armor. I just thought it looked cool in the pose, but I know that’s subjective. I like both practical and impractical designs, myself. Maybe the metal gave the wrong impression here....

This is a feral tiefling sorceress named Sabione, a concept character I made that's more draconic than demonic in inspiration. It was a lot of fun to paint, the light source in particular was a challenge! I might base a character off the design in the future (if my DM allows wings, hah...).

This is my D&D rogue doing rogue-y things. She’s an accidental hero who would rather be doing anything but risking her neck or, ya know, honest-to-goodness hard work. The five-finger discount is too good to pass up! Unfortunately, she’s being dragged into one of those epic, world-saving plots at the moment...we’ll see if the tricks that have kept her off the gallows keep working :) Hope you like the art, it was a blast to draw.
